1 ★First great...now it wont pair. I bought my HR about 7 months ago. At first it paired and worked great. Now i can not get it to pair. It gets to part where it wants me to select my hr number from the list....and i dont have a list.
1 ★The watch is fine but the app is trash honestly, I tried to connect the watch through the apps bluetooth portion and it didn't work but if I were to connect my headphones or any other bluetooth device it would work. Its just this app, fix it ASAP because I'm beginning not to buy another thing from this company.
1 ★great for activity and heart rate. shows it can play music among other things as well. i can see text and email. but music to play would be nice. i got it for my birthday. i dont want to sound ungrateful. but would like to use all the features.Just cant figure them out.the app keeps closing these days.
5 ★Works well. I'm surprised because the other watch I had, the app sucked and it wouldn't even push me my notifications. This watch and app work together wonderfully! I've had 3plus for about a year now and other than the charging of the device, I'm very happy with it.

1 ★Just got the watch, and now trying to setup, but the pairing process ain't happening. It just spins & spins until it goes off. Been at this for a coupla hrs now, but still nothing. I can't do anything with the watch until it allow me to get paired up, so this is the review until further notice ☹

1 ★Text wont come through using Samsung galaxy phones. I have an Samsung Galaxy S9. I can receive text from every other phone except for Samsung Galaxy phones. I'm not sure if it's the chat feature that is built into the texting app. But can you please fix it. This watch is useless for me without the text feature.
1 ★I bought the watch as it said it had an app to track my exercise, The app is very limited, and the watch itself says I am burning calories, and taking steps while I am sitting. The watch only talks to its app will not interface with any of the popular workout apps like GoogleFIT.
2 ★Heart rate monitor isn't 100% accurate. I counted my own heartbeat and watched the HRM at the same time. It said I was at 181bpm(at rest) when I was at 68bpm. I mainly got this watch to monitor my heart and I'm becoming more unsatisfied everyday.
5 ★Perfect for me. I wanted a device that measured steps, calories, and heart rate and also had a long battery life between charges. That is exactly what this device does. It is not bulky and the numbers are easy to read. Need I say more😊
5 ★I love that it keeps track of ALL that I do! I have an app on my phone, but I don't always have it on me. So the ELITE is always on my wrist and tracking my activity. Lastly and most of all I don't have to charge it every or every other day!!!😊
