5 ★This app is so convenient for travel. I HATE downloading new apps, but I have zero regrets about this one. Flight itinerary, hotel stay, car rental, it has everything for my upcoming trip on here 😊 It even updates me with safety alerts (like the measles outbreak for example) for the area I'm traveling to.
3 ★Hi. The app seems to be useful. I've been using it for a couple of weeks only. However, if you add a hotel booking through the Concur system, the trip won't be updated in the app. So, it seems to work only when you create a new trip, but not when you modify them.
3 ★Good app, could be improved, can't select a trip where hotel was outside of travel area, booked a flight to Heathrow, app assumes I'm staying in London area, doesn't take inro account I might be gettin taxi to Newbury....had to book hotel separate to the trip, not a big deal, but looses a star for that.
1 ★On two occasions, CWT never updated information on flight cancellations & delays, including today's connecting flight from Accra to Kumasi (17 Dec 2018). This negatively affected my travel experience with the app. I hope they will improve.
5 ★Use this for work. So simple to use. So much faster than logging on to the website. I can view my entire travel itinerary at a glance. I even get travel updates for the routes I am taking. A great app.
3 ★I no longer can view the upcoming trips, after the trip completed, then the trip was listed in the past trips. I also made the arrangement directly with cwt. It has been happening since the last 3 trips.. Appreciate if you could solve this issue.
1 ★Gives me a message saying it wont run on a rooted device. My device isn't rooted. Seems a pointless restriction anyway even if the device is rooted. Theres no point in using the email address given for support as the emails bounce. Useless app with useless support
5 ★I downloaded this for work, and it has been very easy to use. It stays logged in, and it gives me updates on my flight information instantly. It was nice to have my flights and hotel in one app.
1 ★Giving very less options.
1 ★This app and the customer support is awful. We have tried getting information for a flight reservations and was told flat out I can't help you you will have to call during business hours. Then we were cancelling my husband's flight and they cancelled mine instead. Never have I ever had so much trouble like in have with mycwt.
1 ★I doubt there is another app that is stupider - among other things, you have to click one month at a time to enter your birthday. I'm nearing 48 years and will likely be 49 by the time I enter my birthday. Couple that with nearly zero service from the company that makes this app.
1 ★Update to my earlier rating. My traveler profile was pre populated and included errors - not trivial - my name and date of birth were wrong. I have not been able to edit the data fields. I contacted CWT but have received completely nonsensical replies from a computer telling me to phone if my enquiry falls into one of four areas. I have received this response four times now. News flash - not one of the four areas! Completely useless app and impressively useless support.
