1 ★Almost never works anymore. Either won't connect, won't see connected devices, erases connected device names, or some other error that makes this app virtually useless. I love the router and the internet speeds, but seriously! I essentially have a router from 20 years ago that I have no control over!
1 ★Used to use the function to turn off my wifi at specific times for kids. After updating my modem it stopped working. Now I find out it only works if you pay for a premium service, this is unacceptable! This is completely ridiculous and infuriating.
5 ★Easy to set up. what I like about this router is that you can see who is connected to your network and block them if need be. You also parental control. you can edit the devices by room or other name you choose. It also has dual band like 5.0 & 2.4. you have guest so that when company comes you can connect them to it instead the main one you use. Great router and great app that you can download to Monitor your Router even when not home. love it!!💙💙
1 ★not worth the Money and there are not easy to use parental controls if there any any i have not been able to find them. I cqlled themnfor help but they wanted to charge me support to get it wirkungneven though i just bought it. that was after an hour getting through to someone that did not speak English well enough to talk educatedly about what i was asking.
1 ★Netgear Nighthawk is complete junk. Do not purchase. I have had nothing but problems since purchasing this item even after multiple replacements. No good and horrible customer service. They had the nerve to try and make me pay for sending a brand new purchased item back to them that didn't work as well. About to report to BBB for I feel like I've been robbed for $300 for a router that doesn't work no matter how many replacements. Would give zero stars if could.
1 ★App is extremely slow when it works at all... and actually freezes when it forces a pop-up ad for "Circle" app. The ad pops-up eventually every single time I run the app, and it immediately locks the app up without fail. Every single time. Fix this garbage.
1 ★Updated 06/14/21 - The latest app update turns on the notorious anywhere access in the background without your knowledge until you check it *** If you're not using 'Anywhere Access' for security reasons, and you have no internet access on your local wifi, ...the app won't work. Regardless of the fact you're connected with maximum signal, if your wifi has no internet, it won't work, and prompts you to enable 'Anywhere Access' 🤦♂️ Chat Support from within the app DOES NOT WORK AT ALL as well. Router name field populates itself with rogue characters; (Ex. - ިɶ(P]�) Software is riddled with NUMEROUS BUGS ☠️⚠️
1 ★Constantly crashes and is slow to move through menus and now I can't even get in the app, it says logon timed out every time. Restarted router and phone, still won't work. Definitely not going to buy the armor subscription now, was thinking about it before this app stopped working.
4 ★The Range Extender setup process gives the impression that it will connect to the source network by itself, while it's actually waiting for you to manually connect to the wifi network. But once it's all set up it works like a charm.
5 ★At its peek performance; this EXTENDER is designed to provide exceptional quality signal strength to all attachments, a majority of the time,. I can't wait for the next new and improved model hits the airways. the best I have seen or used before.
1 ★Horrible!!! My computer is constantly interrupting and reloading (which is connected to the modem), My You tube TV will not load 90 % of the time. I have the best and most expensive gaming internet service so I know it is not the service. FIX THIS or I will be returning the modem and buying ANYONE else's.
1 ★The app successfully logs in about 10% of the time. When you use the biometric login, it takes you straight into... the login page where you need to type your password anyway. When you type the password, it still won't login most of the time. The app is pointless.
