・本アプリはインストール後に一度起動する必要があります。本アプリはバックグラウンドで動作することにより、発信先電話番号の先頭にプレフィックス番号を付加します。その為アプリを起動していない場合プレフィックス番号が付加されません。
・発信時にプレフィックス番号が付加されているかご確認ください。プレフィックス番号が付加されない番号は、第三者課金発信の通話料は適用されません。
