Özlem Ağırman Mimar Sinan Güzel Sanatlar Üniversitesi Şehir ve Bölge Planlaması bölümü mezunu, iş kadını, merhum Tekin Ağırmanın eşi, uzun yıllar CHP yerel örgütleri içerisinde çeşitli görevlerde bulundu. Bu çalışmaların sonucunda CHP gönüllülerini hak arama temelli sivil toplum çalışmalarında eğitmeyi amaçlıyor.
Bugün gelinen yerde deneyimlerin sonuçlarından yola çıkarak, sivil mücadelelerden siyasete insan kaynağı ve politika aktarmayı amaçlayan çalışmalar gerçekleştiriyor.
Özlem Ağırman gönüllülere birlikte, cumhuriyeti koruyan sadık seçmen kitlesi oluşturmayı, sosyal demokrasiye ve demokrasiye katkı vermeyi, siyasete eşit temsil ilkesini kazandırmayı ayrıca ilk seçimde mecliste milletvekili olarak yer almayı amaçlıyor, CHP'yi de iktidar yapmayı öncelikli görev alanı olarak görüyor.
