1 ★It has been two days that I have been requesting a call from a doctor on this app. Neither I have been getting a call not is the customer support responding. I am a Gold Member by the way. When they had to get my membership renewed they were calling me like crazy many times a day and today when I am ill no body is even responding. To add insult to injury they make you wait for half-an-hour and then tell a lie that the doctor tried calling you multiple times but there was no response. Pathetic!!!
1 ★They are completely stopped working. Worst experience ever. doctor is not responding and the support team is also not responsive. I am not able to consult a new neither the support team is responding. They are really cheating the people. This all is despite I am a Gold member of this app. This app is eligible for minus rating.
1 ★Pathetic follow-up service. Perhaps because follow-up is said to be free within 3 days, they think it better to ignore all such requests. I placed a follow-up request and waited for the doctor to connect for some 7 hours. Their chat support as well as customer care support are pathetic too. Got a reply regarding medicine purchase on chat support after more than 1.5 days and no response at all on their customer care number.
4 ★Overall I got Nice Experience till now. With the help rewarding and consulting feature this I like most as compare to other apps. But rewarding part needed few improvement like more rewarding features so that more people can be engaged with this application.
1 ★Doctors are not giving enough time to the patients. They are hurry to close the appointment. That's y people prefer to go Hospital rather than using this type of apps. To improve more let Doctors listen and understand completely from patients.
1 ★I have ordered a medicine from docs app and I got a partial delivery and they said I'll get my refund amount within 7 working days now it's been more than a month I haven't received my refund amount, when I speek to docss app customer care they don't have any solution for my refund issue, every time they'll say they are escalating my issue to the back end team and back team will contact you within 24hrs but I have never ever received a call from back end team. #Docs App is it FRAUD #don't use it
1 ★It's tough to understand how these people operate. I have to make appointment and then wait whole day for a call from the doctor, they don't call back timely and if missed the call. They charge for consultation blaming network issues. While pitching for sales, they have a different story all together. This year they promised better services and I renewed for an year. This is the last time I am wasted my money on your app. Another incident from Apr 22 2021. No action taken. Not renewing for sure
1 ★It has become the worst app now, Specially in medicine department, i have ordered medicine for my father here but after the payment, there is no response from their side, even after 15 days the medicine are not delivered Even the customer support is not available eveeytime when i call, after waiting 5 to 10 minute the call is cut after a message that all our representative are busy, They are behaving like this after taking the gold membership then think what will they do with normal members
1 ★Never never buy docs app gold subscription it's completely waste of your money or even it's a cheating.. when I used to pay 300 rs for one consultation within 15-30 mins I was able to talk with doctors.. after buying gold it was hard to use the service waiting time was increased to more then hour or two.. and now in pandemic situation it's impossible to consult the doctor, I am trying to consult from 3-4 days doctor not assigned error is coming and customer care is not responding :-(
3 ★Interface is not same for android and iphone. Some departments like psychology (not psychiatry) is not present therefore it's difficult for iOS users. And sometimes the doctors don't respond even after the response time.
1 ★Use since past 3 years, lately the service has deteriorated to a level where I am considering not renewing anymore. Service staff has become very unfriendly and rude. Also the app is full of bugs, you get message doctor called but you don't get phone call at all.
1 ★HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT !!!!! This app is a big failure in medicine order department. The team is only active until payment and post that they vanish into thin air. No way to track your order, no follow up from team. You have no idea if you will receive the medicines. I have written numerous mails and called like hundred times but in vain. A big warning to never order medicines from DocsApp.
