1 ★I WANT MY REFUND!!! I booked an appointment for my mother through this app after paying 1200rs for telephonic appointment. The appointment got rescheduled without any notification and since then I haven't even got new date and time for the new appointment. I don't even an appointment now. I have raised an issue for refund as well but nobody from support cares to contact.
1 ★Really This app sucks, I've booked for online consultation and paid the amount but still no response from Doctor and Lybrate team yet. For an emergency we are booking for online consultation but what's happening here is the patient have to wait till their death arrives itseems, such a fraud app.. Have to file a complaint

5 ★Very good. I am using several services of this app since 2/3 years and feel awesome. Health queries and related advice from different learned Doctors are very much effective. One can get answers of their health queries from every sphere i.e. elopathy, ayurved or homoeopathic free of cost or with cost as per wish. Specially I am very much thankful to Mr. Sudip and Miss Nidhi who helped me to get products with unbelievable discounts.
1 ★Firstly, I always tried to change my gender from male to female but it always shows male after posting my question and secondly I posted my question yesday at 9:00 pm but I didn't got any reply from any of your doctors. This app is getting worst day by day. I rate this bad because it was a really nice app months back but now it's completely useless.. and I am feeling so bad to say this because your app used to be my favourite!

Once you have purchased the GOLD MEMBERSHIP, none of the product will be available to purchase at ₹ 1/-. Every time app will show not available. Feeling cheated 😕. I want my refund.
1 ★I have paid 550/- for doctor consultation after successful payment, they are demanding 500/- again to chat with doctor, there no email or phone no available to complain. I have mailed them but no response is received.
1 ★Fully fake. Please don't use the. They just waste your time and money and nothing else. I took an appointment with the doctor and ordered the medicine three times, But even once the delivery of the medicine did not come to me.
1 ★The worst fraud app. I have booked Dr sk pathak through this App and till now I haven't got any appointment. If you delete the chat window there is no place in this app which shows ur payment history. I want refund but there is no option. Such a fraud app. I will surely go to consumer court.
