1 ★Since I downloaded this app, my slots are not showing there , I also registered complaints many times on practo support but they don't work on it seriously. I am complaining since 15-20 days , but still my problem doesn't resolved. Bad experience.
1 ★I think its just waste your time . Firstly it took more than 3 week to verify my document then even after that being a specialist i haven't got any consultation. Daily i am wasting my time on answering their free question. Its more good for the patient and definitely not for the Doctor. Highly unstatisfactory.
1 ★I can't understand y they are not assigning patients to me despite being logged in for more than 6 hours.... It's so dissapointing... No reply through mail no customer care response... No one is there to contact about the query in last 4 hours I got only 4 patinet requests.... .... It's very dissapointing
1 ★Very bad experience, no response from support team even after waiting for 48 hours. No one to address doctor issues.. There's always technical issues with the app, not getting online consultation even after being 24*7 available.
1 ★Its been 15 days... i have been constantly telling them I dont need In clinic appointments and just want to do online consultation still they keep asking for clinical documents.... morover.. their customers care no never works... all they tell is.. mail at support whatsoever email which has asked for my clinic documents for 7th time even though i have explained them I dont need clinic practice... wasted so much of my time..

1 ★Worst app ever. I think the support team is sleeping . If so I don't even know why is there a support team or why you have provided a number and mail ID. Guess next I should post my concerns on social media and that is when the support team will start responding cos they are active only on such platforms.

You people are so pathetic, there is no service help for docs but I can clearly see a team sitting and replying at reviews. Another example of how little you care about docs
1 ★Iam not understanding how this app works.Initially I was informed that patients will be sent to me for online consultation.But till date I have not received a single patient.But the app keeps sending me queries from patients 24*7.I tried answering to the queries a few times but my practice doesnt allow me that much time to keep responding everytime.I guess my profile was not verified for offering consultations but instead they wanted me to keep answering to queries.
1 ★App doesnt work properly.. no response from support team even after multiple emails calls ..they dont respond.. patients book appointments and because of app issue consultation will not be possible and you get bad reviews 🙄 support team can call us anytime but we cant reach them🤔
1 ★Very poor response from your side. I called the practo helpline number multiple times. Everytime it said unavailable today & asked me to mail them. But even after multiple mails there hasn't been any response from your side. Practo Prime is still offline & they're not providing doctor with the fee /patient in instant consult as advertised earlier. Not going to recommend it to any of my colleagues.
