The kumo cloud® app enables you to remotely monitor and control your comfort by connecting to the mini-split systems installed in your home or building at any time and from anywhere. Whether you’re out for the day, a few days, or even a month, kumo cloud is at your fingertips. Change temperatures, schedules, check status, and now, receive alerts and connect with your contractor in the app.With kumo cloud you can:
• Monitor and change temperature, mode, fan speed, and vane direction of an indoor unit, a group of units, or the whole home.
• Receive alert notifications for equipment errors, extreme temperatures, and unclean filters.
• Program a schedule for any individual room or the whole home.
• Use our patented algorithm to automatically change a system from cooling mode to heating mode and back based on comfort needs.
• Add your installing contractor’s contact information to the app, so they can be contacted quickly and easily with any concerns.
• Integrate with Amazon Alexa or Google Home smart devices for voice control and automation.
• Expand your heating and cooling system capabilities with IFTTT Applet integration.
kumo cloud accessories include:
• kumo touch™ (MHK2) for controlling individual zones with a local wireless controller.
• kumo station® (PAC-WHS01HC-E) for controlling third-party supplemental heaters (boilers, furnaces, hydronic heaters, etc.), dehumidifiers, humidifiers, and ventilation equipment.
• The Wireless Temperature and Humidity Sensor (PAC-USWHS003-TH-1) for remote temperature and humidity sensing.

Download kumo cloud APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:

3 ★It's a DECENT little app, there are way too many steps to connect the units to the app..
1 ★Terrible design and poor engineering...doesn't connect to network...requires router fidgeting to force 2.4 connection. Embarrassing tech.

1 ★I just bought a house with compatible mini-splits. Why do I need a professional installer to come set this up for me? Does it require a special tool?
1 ★Mitsubishi needs to invest in fixing this app people spend a lot of money on their system which honestly I will not buy another mitsubishi unit again I have 3 and that's unfortunate ( The app keeps on changing the temperature which I set for the auto mode )

2 ★For a company like Mitsubishi it's a shame to have such inferior app .At times takes over a minute to execute an action. Or it doesn't work at all. But you can't tell till ur home. i have a senville unit a 10th of a price of Mitsubishi and app reaction time is instant, always up. wifi adapter is under 60 bucks. Here you have to spend 200 bucks on top of $1000s and you get an app that barely works? Mitsubishi has perfect, best ductless systems and the worst app on the market? Come on fix it!
4 ★They finally fixed it, it actually works 🙏.
1 ★Super sluggish - you have to wait for a long time literally every time you open the app. Often doesn't work - you change the settings just to later learn that they were not applied. Often shows you the last state of the app, not the actual settings of the units. Spits errors and useless information at you. Requires to jump through hoops to see important info (external measured temperature) or doesn't show it at all (e.g. the state of back up heaters). Ugly.
1 ★It's a garbage app, barely works. I paid extra to have the ability to manage my 6 splits in the house and it was a waste of money. I wouldn't have bought Mitsubishi at all if I knew this was the junk they turn out. The split units themselves work well even though they haven't updated the thermostat remotes in about 20 years, literally. I have the old ones to prove it. I use them mainly for heat, and they are very efficient, surpassing my oil furnace (I have solar panels for the electricity).
