1 ★I was using at home diva services ( I m a fan of urban clap since there was no slot available I had to book u guys) for the first time and booked the appointment at 03:30 pm however at 04:19 I got the message that the appointment has been cancelled. I mean Cum on with out customer knowledge how can u cancel the service and when I tried reaching the customer care services there was no response twice. I must say irresponsible service and I wl for sure not going to use it now ever.

1 ★pathetic at all levels. support is a sham. continuous cancellations from stylist for last two bookings. still chasing to get the money back in wallet. cust care says staff arr on lunch so unable to process refund. guess their lunch lasts for weeks. email id provided is over limit, so no email goes to them. have sent the email, no response.

While the stylists are generally good and one likes the comfort of ones home, this company has quite possibly the absolute WORST customer service in the service industry. Add insult to injury, they often treat their employees terribly, overbooking and overworking them without giving them any time to even eat lunch between clients!
5 ★The stylists are very careful with their work and do their job very sincerely. I would recommend this app to anyone who loves being pampered in the comfort of her home, without having to go through the hassle of waiting at the end of queues at parlours. I've had a truly awesome experience every time with this app. Thank you!

1 ★Ridiculous Team. I had booked an appointment of 12:45 in the afternoon and the concerned person did not come until 2pm. They do not have enough man power to serve customers. The tellecallers put you on hold and dont rveert back. I am going to take action and post on all social media handles of how pathetically they have wasted my time on a weekend. Do not go for their services!!!
