KTMB introduces the KTMB MobTicket free for consumers to purchase and manage their KTMB Intercity train and Electric Train Services ( ETS Train ) tickets from the tip of their fingers.

3 ★In this application, Some buttons are not yet supported and can be read out for blind people to use.。

1 ★Useless app. Unable to sign in as a new user. Keeps telling "Oops. Unable to connect to the server. Check your Internet connection " And my internet is working just fine! KTMB was given 62 years from Merdeka to get things right and moving forward yet still not able to do so! How many more years does KTMB management team needs to improve your efficiency? What a shame! Do look across the Causeway to see how a little red dot on the map get things done properly!

1 ★Outdated system. When u want to try, to book ticket they ask to put ur detail, then asked to fill in birthday, but u need to backdated month by month until the year u were born! WTH.. It takes forever until u reach ur born year.. Its crazy if ur year is 1957...the system it self is so not convenience.

1 ★What a stupid app, I can't get to the pay! It not able get to the next step after step 3!

1 ★I was using my mobile phone trying to book the tickets at their website and they directed me to download the app. I have installed but when try to open, it crashed. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it still crashed. Recently reinstalled again. This time is worst than before. It keeps pop up no Internet connection. I can't book at all. Please look into your app.

2 ★The app is too slow and always lag. Too annoying because can't open using the website anymore(which is faster). It also hangs sometimes. There's also no way to buy return ticket. The only good thing is that there's no need to print the ticket anymore. Please fix this especially for frequent users. There's no need to actually create an app when there's no difference with the website.

1 ★App does not allow to login even with correct password or reset password. What's wrong with the app

1 ★Rubbish ktmb. Got my money but didn't give me the ticket. Have been emailing the official website, which every email I sent took them days to reply. At the end? My bank account clearly shows the transaction history but I still don't get my ticket. Being such a big company running for the country but is not trustworthy at all. Kmtb brings shame to Malaysia.

3 ★On the plus side, I have been able to buy tickets successfully using this app. So it's an ok app but it could be better if some things are improved. (1) today for some reason, the client app did not get the signal that payment was successful. I had to reboot phone in order for the session to clear and show that my ticket purchase was successful. Unneeded drama. (2)the app doesn't allow ticket purchase if departure is less than 4 hours. Why inconvenience customers?? (3)the client doesn't show how many seats remaining when you are at the initial step of choosing the train.. you have to select into the train, and coach to be able to see the number of available seats. I would be more convenient to know this upfront.

1 ★Suddenly log out..log in again its said wrong password..click forget password then said will emailed the link to reset password..until today not receive the email..

1 ★Cannot even register to this app, always hang during register..suck Giving 1 star just due to post this review.
