1 ★My experience with redbus was nothing short of a nightmare. The bus failed to show up at the designated pickup point, leaving me stranded at a remote location. I was unable to contact customer support or the number of the bus driver. This has happened with me twice now. Experiencing such a breakdown in service twice raises serious concerns about the reliability of Redbus. It is disappointing that redbus hasnt improved one bit. I strongly advise against relying on redbus for travel needs for now
1 ★It's really bad service. Out-of my 6 bookings 2 of them got canceled on the traveling day. Once it's canceled, you won't be able to talk to customer care they don't have any option to talk . You can only listen to their automated message. Really f..king service Let me try other apps like abi bus. There is an isoption to get travel insurance, and I took it. Now that insurance is for a trip which got canceled by them. It's like acko is getting an insurance for no reason and red bus helping them.
1 ★Don't install this app. Worst customer service. It's been 2 months still I didn't get refund. I called them around 30 times. Each time I need to explain the problem. And they don't listen. Fraud App. Don't use this to book tickets. Don't waste your money. Edit1:- Shared my concern with provided link. Still they're are not responding to customer issues. Total waste. Edit2:- Still same story you're telling. Can't you read confirmation mail. Worst service. Fraud app. Looting people's money.
1 ★Was excited to use Redbus after a long gap. Unfortunately, it turned out to be bizarre! Tried to contact support, IVR mentioned "Press 1 if the query is resolved, else press 2", but regardless of the input the call gets disconnected. Tried to contact via chat support, but it's a dead end as well!
1 ★Pathetic app. I canceled my booking a day before my journey and I got a message that booking is canceled and I would receive the refund amount. However it didn't reflect on the app due to technical glitch. So far they haven't refunded my amount. Also when we connected to customer care they asked us to share the screenshot but again the app didn't support sharing any evidence. Without providing any resolution there were 2 customer care executives who disconnected the call.
1 ★Disappointed ....! Wanted to change the travel date for my booking but was facing technical issues. Tried reaching customer care but it was too much time consuming and didn't get any proper help. By that time booking became full. So much disappointed with redbus.. worst experience.
1 ★Worst experience and to be Frank dont ever book from redbus application they charge for luxury buses and at the time of journey they provide local buses used for office transportation for the journey and no proper support for customer supportive and they treat customer casually because they don't care at all so if you want to spend and travel comfortable then choose some another app for bus booking rather then this. I faced the issue so I don't want anyone else to face the same.

Sometimes the bus shows available at the boarding point at a particular time, but it already crosses our boarding point hours before the time displayed on the app. The help section is not at all user friendly.

1 ★Very poor customer service. It is nearly impossible to connect with their customer support executive. I had booked a ticket on their website but unfortunately at the end after payment process there is an error message displayed. But my account debited for ticket amount its already 3days no refund yet.. Non of the number available on their site doesn't works and no reply mail. Shame on you guys saying hassle free customer service.
2 ★The purpose of the application is fulfilled. But when it comes to chatting with customer care, the application is really bad. The free text option is not easily available. The chats are filled with standard questions and answers. Customer care tries to help but the app itself is really cumbersome to use. Then we finally have to call customer care where they take 48 hours to close the ticket and by then the offer for which we call would have gone. It's Not worth the trouble to save a few bucks.
3 ★Although experience was good and smooth process if redbus could provide option of talking to executives so that if a person has any doubt to clear he can call and get it clear as I was showing the option of " vehicle might change " at the time of selecting boarding point and me and my friend was planning to board from different point. but has no such option and was not even able to contact anyone from redbus to get this sorted. Everything else is fine.
