1 ★I was informed by flight attendance that I was double booked. But I remembered I book once. But the system double it. Once I realize it. I want to cancel the flight . The apps call me to Speak with a low, unresponsive AI named BO. No help was rendered.
1 ★This app is useless! My account got Locked! I was forced to verify login using SMS OTP, but the SMS never arrive! My phone number is correct, nothing in spam inbox. Wasted 3 weeks trying to get the account unlock and now locked again! The AI chatbot, Bo, is also useless! No help at all ! Was this app and chatbot even thouroughly tested before released??!
1 ★Might be the most incomplete/buggy app available for a large company/airline anywhere. Managed to get through the checkout process once out of 6 times without timeout or error and the payment would not work. Contacted my bank they said mastercard will deny all payments through this app for security reasons. Keep up the great work!
1 ★Very disappointed. I need a live agent. Not a computer simulation. If i want to chat with a freaking simulation, i'd rather go and talk to a wall. And when i googled the customer service number for Msia, it didn't come out. It's not like i'm asking for the ceo's number.. i thought this airline originated from Msia. All in all, my experience with airasia only pushes me to use MAS more. You suck.
1 ★Most crooked app I have used so far.. I have used it for rides countless of times due to competitive price b4. but with recent app update, it had new feature to directly claim voucher using points. when I searched for a ride, it was rm27. then it showed claimable points for rm7 voucher. when I confirmed the redemption, the ride immediately became rm37-rm7 discount!!!.. thinking it might be glitch, I searched again, and now it became rm57-rm7 discount. what a scummy move for the app designer.
1 ★Terrible. It is absolutely useless. It ask to fill the profile even to search tickets, but the related form does not work - I can fill name and email but it is blocked when I try to fill phone number. Without this registration the app does not work
1 ★Terrible app! I put the correct information for my profile and it tells me to complete it. But it's complete! My name, my date of birth and my phone number is correct and it says it's incomplete. Utter useless.
1 ★Very bad experience on this application. Unable to jump in the main page after clicked in, keeping showing the airasia loading page.. Tried 2days and reinstall the application, still the same.
1 ★Absolute terrible app and the AI chat bot is even worse. This alone can be taken as a statement from AirAsia how much they care about their customers. If you must book a flight with AirAsia don't use this app. I had 2 issues within a single booking (one of them payment was deducted from my bank account but app said payment pending) and it was a pain to connect to a customer "service" agent. The app alone made me decide not to use this airline again.
1 ★Airasia app lives up to its airlines reputation as being a dissapointment. Your chances of getting an e-hail ride is as high as winning the lottery. App is super buggy and slow. The only impressive thing about the app is the animations between each interface. I'm surprise someone even got it to work in the first place.
1 ★I don't usually rate as low as this, but this app deserved it. It is frustrating to book a flight, multiple times from the evening to at night to no avail. I can't proceed to review details and pay page because it always shows error. Tried through the web and the result also the same.
1 ★If you offer scheduled bookings and the drivers kept canceling at the very last minute, what is the point of offering the service? Airasia! Do something about this!
