2 ★The interface is pretty but buggy and unfriendly! Why do I first fill WHERE I go TO and only after FROM where I go? Why do I need to launch a search two times before I see prices and can book the travel? Why is my common search not saved as default, instead I see proposals which I don't need at all? Why when I bought my ticket I don't have a notification, a line, something saying that the transaction is successful and my ticket is in the ticket section? Why can't I add my discount card?
1 ★C'est un review pour le site web, car c'est le seul endroit où je peux le laisser, et bien, le site web c'est absolument scandaleux, bug après bug et une navigation extrêmement confuse, rien n'a été bien fait ! Tout simplement honteux ! Et l'appli c'est pareil, j'avais une option sauvegardée, j'essaie de finaliser, erreur et encore erreur, ça a finalement marché sur le PC. Aussi scandaleux !

1 ★Unfortunately, there's misleading information on the tickets and slow, poor customer service in resolving the matter. The customer experience is not a priority at all.
1 ★This is THE worst app I have ever had to use. The UI designers must have worked overtime to make sure everything is as counterintuitive as possible. One example: when picking your seat, the ones that are available to choose are RED 🤦♂️. Another fun one: even though you're asked to give the time when you want to leave, the app displays that day's trains starting with the earliest ones. And if you're traveling later in the day, you'll have to click Load More a few times. Avoid if you can.
1 ★Unusable app, every few months I give it another try but luckily for me I live next to Switzerland so after each sncf failure, I can revert to using the CFF app. Idea for SNCF: Simply copy the CFF app -> point A, point B, prices, purchase. That's all we want (no need to suggest a phone number to contact or website to "suggest an idea", just fix the app. You know exactly what to do)
4 ★Booking UX can be improved. The insurance toggle is broken, once you activate it, it can't be toggled off.
