1 ★Very bad UI experience. It never opens succefully at the first attempt. Offers are good but due to loading experience I am giving 1 star only.
5 ★Very friendly and polite CC . In case of a problem , which is actually very rare at Nearbuy , they make sure than our issue is resolved in the best way and at the earliest . Even Amazon CC is not that fast . The app interface is smooth too . You should probably try to make people regsiter by email , number and password , I dont like entering otp all the time . Also , add payment modes like Lazypay and Amazon Pay . Maybe you can add another office in a different city . Do add some Hindi guys .
1 ★Money got deducted from my account, but the purchase did not happen. All the customer support numbers are invalid, what kind of unprofessionalism is this. Very disappointed from this experience.
5 ★Nearbuy kept its word . I wasn't satisfied with my experience with one of the partner merchant . I wrote an email , but they didn't respond . I wrote a review on Play Store , and I got a call within 15 mins . Amazing ! And then , after discussing the problem , they promised of another callback within 30 mins. It came in 15 mins with a good news . Will definitely try Nearbuy once again .

1 ★I was suppose to get a refund because I cancelled 2 vouchers! I have also spoken to the customer service and they said I will get the amount soon but I didn't got anything.
5 ★Nearbuy is just an amazing way to visit your favorite places in affordable prices. It not only tells me about the nearest eating points and services but also offers great discounts and who doesn't love discounts:) What I even like more is the nbpay mode of payment which gives me freedom to order from alacarte and flashing cashbacks on overall bill. Above all, they have an outstanding customer support team. Kudos!!!
1 ★Initially when this groupon it was way better and the offers were very good. Now after becoming nearbuy to a certain extent it was reduced in 2018. Now they have become so greedy and started charging convenience fees for payment options. in-spite of buying the vouchers, we are expected to pay a convenience fees too. This is really not good. Nowadays there are not many coupons too given out. I suggest people to look for other options like Zomato or Dineout which gives much better options and cheaper than the vouchers we purchase here. I think many people fail to notice these changes and loosing their money.
4 ★Have been using this app for some time. The UI is designed nicely but few improvements are needed. E.g. reserve a table feature is launched but I could not find that option even after spending 10mins.
2 ★Deals are not so great but not too bad either. At least i know my coupon won't go waste like little app.. little app has some restaurants that have no real existence and almost every other time, merchant refuses to accept the coupon. Even the marked adress in the app is wrong. Nearbuy is also from the same company but it works little bit better, and your cb is safe.
1 ★Nearbuy used to be good but it seems they are moving from bad to worse in their services and policies and they don't care when I call for resolution. For example, the merchant refused to honour the voucher at a salon, we paid again and never got any refund. Recently we purchased voucher for buffet but couldn't use it, they refused to refund saying that as per their new policy there is no refund I am entitled for since the voucher has expired. I would post the same on their Facebook etc channel
3 ★When I started using the App I find it more comfortable to get credits on every purchase.But after the discount coupon code kicks in I don't like to buy anything anymore using coupons. NBpay is good option but not accepted widely and people aren't aware of this at restaurants. If It's mendatory to transact more time to get coupons I will uninstall it soon. Deals are good all that I like in this app.
