1 ★Still have to log in, and by turning off WiFi, every single time we start the app, as the other reviews will tell you. Vodafone, this is something we pay YOU for. So the buck stops with you. Anyone seeing this: take heed of the overwhelmingly negative reviews and boycott this nonsense. Content wise it's a no as well, as Sky are for example putting the Sept 2020 UEFA England games on a channel we can't get with this subscription. So this is a generally dank option for watching football.
1 ★I only want Sky for the F1 so its not worth buying a package. This is my ONLY option. In 2020 this is a PAID app which doesn't run on tablets, meaning I have to watch a premium programme on a phone screen, which continually needs resetting & which has a ridiculous huge VO logo over the lap counter! Come on, Sky, sort it out!
4 ★Really pleased that after the August '20 update the app seems to be a lot better now. Big VO logo has been removed and I am able to sign into my device with no issues. Long may this now last without the past issues experienced.
1 ★Simply doesn't work. Keeps asking me to sign in repeatedly and never let's me actually watch any of the channels no matter how many times I follow the steps and sign into the app. The worst app I've ever used.
1 ★Shocking! Given the Sky brand being so big this App is seriously letting it down. You need to log in with email/password every single time you shut and re-open the app. The Large VO symbol which might be a Vodafone issue covers the Football scores and F1 position data. It needs sorting!!
1 ★Massive "VO" overlay in top left corner of broadcast prevents you seeing team names and scores. Never used to be like this, only since last update. Update 09/2020 - has now completely stopped working since last update
2 ★Without exception I have to log off wifi, confirm vodafone sub, manually type full email address, then type password. This is somewhat annoying. Cant even use autofill with fingerprint as it just clears the boxes. There was a time I didnt need to do all this.
1 ★Awful app. I get a few channels with Vodafone but for whatever reason I sign in with my sky account and it just doesn't give you the option to buy a subscription for the other channels. What a load of rubbish
3 ★It seems to work ok but occasionally the video dies and have to go back out to get it to play. Why cant i stay logged in for the day at least? constant logging in is such a pain!
2 ★It has taken Sky an entire year to remove the daft logo!! Absolutely scandalous but at least it has finally gone hence a jump to 2 stars! Just need to sort out the login being remembered now. Cannot help but feel there has been contempt from the developers for not sorting this "PAID FOR" subscription problems sooner.
1 ★This app makes bt sport app look like the best thing since slice bread. I tolerated this app because you could cast. This feature is now gone and I no longer see the use. Poor structure and the constant logging in will really get on your nerves.
1 ★Terrible. Worst money scam out. Cant subscribe without making a Sky ID. Then when subscribed, Sky ID is not matched to Google ID. Try to sign in with Google ID instead: "too many devices". Customer service useless as usual. Disgrace.
