1 ★Worst experience ever. Booking asigned by system and cancle by system. Penalty applied of 500 rs. Now saying dependency score is low and I can not accept any booking. Just they are making money with penalty.
4 ★Everything seems good but there's an issue with booking slots by default it shows West Bengal, Kolkata but we need only Local bookings that we are not getting effectively. That's needs to fix every time I need to search for new booking.

1 ★I was working with gozo...previously mean while I stopped working ...now they have deactivated my account...no customer service only email request for call back but no call back from their side after placing several request...Previously I charged penalty which was wrong..still I made the payment in 2017 ....Now again when I started working with them.. pathetic customer support from last week they charged me penalty for more than 1000 rupee ..their driver app is pathetic will not work properly..

1 ★Very worst team and manager..they are showing hell to take bookong in small fares long booking ..The booking is reflecting from two days..and they are waiting to accept some other vendor to accept at last second they have assigned booking for me.The enough time is also not giving by team..if i reached there late they will add penalty...This is only penalty cabs..not gozo cabs..
1 ★Fare is vary low. Cancellation charges is 2000 Rupees which is very higher than other partner app cabs. Show all the car drivers and car owners are requested to don't download this app and don't use this application this is very bad.
