1 ★This app has been disappeared from Google Play for quite some time. This morning it came back up and asked for an update. After the update it just crashed everytime I tried to open it. I still have $2 left from the last credit add in Decemeber 2018 (after which Vonage just totally disabled the credit add capability but sent me a message stating that they would honour the credit I had in the account). Where's my $4.94? Vonage, I want an answer.

1 ★This app was great.... until they hit you with recharge credit. I had had the app for nearly 4 years with free calling. But now Like a prepaid service you must now pay for minutes.. Trash. We download vonage because it's free. Now it's just went into the garbage can of the app store for greed. 1 star if you agree.
1 ★I purchased 4.99 credits (USD). There was .46 remainder in my account. Vonage offered 1.00 (one dollar) extra if I added credit today 10/26/18 . They never added anything. I want them to honor their promise if they are an honest company. Vonage blocks calls to cust svc using the app.

1 ★Worthless... I have this app on my cellphone ( samsung s7, android latest)and it works fine, but adding it to my tablet (samsung tab-a w androidlatest) is impossible. The tablet WIFI connection is 150mbps but the appdoesn't connect to recognize my username or email to set it up. Worthlessas a tablet app.
1 ★In the middle of important long distance call up pops a notice saying I amout of credit. Made payment . Got back on the call. Discovered I actuallyhad 5 dollars credit before that notice. No help from customer service andgetting a refund from Play Store is more of a pain than it's worth.. Had mypocket picked. Watch out.

4 ★I have been using this app past few years and its excellent but past 2 days it started giving me a lot of trouble. I am not able to make calls and if somehow connected then not at all able to disconnect. Its just getting hang everytime. Any help will be highly appreciated.

2 ★Half the time whether on Wifi or LTE it won't connect. Other times it tells me I don't have enough credits for FREE calls. But, when it does finally work, good call quality.
1 ★We were in Mexico when we began to use the app. Pros: ONLY WITH WIFI we were able to send and receive calls to and from USA numbers went through with minimum issues,and the received videos through message ok. CONS: While in Veracruz Mexico; No single call nor text were through and received from Mexican numbers, and we were charged just to dial, NO VIDEO CALLS AT ALL, calls drops consistenly, when a call succeed; interference is a constant issue.
