Description
The Google Support Services (GSS) app allows you to share your Android device screen with a Google customer support agent for a personalized support experience. With GSS on your device, the agent can invite you to share your screen, and guide you with on-screen annotations making it faster and easier to resolve your issue. While sharing your screen, the agent will not be able to control your device, but will be able see your screen to help explain their instructions. You can completely stop or pause sharing your screen at any time.This app comes pre-installed on Pixel devices, and Nexus devices with Android 7.1.1 or higher; it can be installed on most devices with Android 5.0 or higher. This app cannot be started by itself and is used only when a Google customer support agent sends an invite to the user to share their screen.

1 ★This is the most antiquated, ridiculously insane attempt at tech support! I don't know if antiquated is the correct description because I've never seen anything so inane in all of my years of technology sold to the consumer since the first IBM PC. Be prepared to spend hours following a green dot, yes, a green dot to show you where to touch on your screen to go through every setting you already did and to fix nothing. Tech support doesn't know about Google caused issues! Get away from Google.

2 ★it downloaded and installed easily. the purpose was to allow a google person on the phone to see my screen but it never worked, even after being sent at least 20 requests to allow. maybe it can do other things. I dont know. I just uninstalled it

2 ★Very disappointed with how they are handling customer support during this pandemic..no real person to talk to & you have to pay $5.00 for nothing paid $5.00 waited so long for help that I ended up fixing it all myself they say you get your money back when companies do that always takes longer 2 get it back than to take it away I haven't checked yet we will see & will let all know if I do or not I never used them so I sure better but I do feel it's totsl BS for them to charge for customer support
1 ★Phone shocked me, pixel 3 xl. They removed my other post for no reasons with no notification. Went to touch screen to pry it off and the nightstand it was sitting on face up. As my thumb touched it shocked me, about 2 inches from bottom and .25-.5 inch from the left side. Support wants me to pay for shipping to return the phone, wait approx 2 months for a new one to arrive, and most recent reviews on official community forums say a lot of them have same issues, drain, freeze n hang, other issues
5 ★Google play support people are excellent. I didn't have to call more than once. The support person was very patient and knowledgeable in what I needed help with. Most of all it only took about 5 or 10 mins. Now that is great service. Thanks to Google Support Team.
5 ★All this time I've been telling people how much I love Google knowing everything I do but my only regret is Google can not actually watch what I'm doing in real time. With this update, I am tickled to know that problem is over with now that I have screen sharing capability with Googley Eyes.
1 ★why the f. can't I easily turn back on the navigation bar on my new phone. who thought using gestures or an icon should be an either/or decision? Why isn't there help for this under words like "back button", "Nav Bar" "Recent apps"? So stupid!

The use give is basically they are like a monopoly bank you get your products and find that they are not giving you the Advanced features you ordered and paid extra for that only that today not get away to add some of them to keep the ads on that's distressing so all Google's answer always is to call the developer life call the developer many times and they've never gotten back with me
1 ★If I try to down load something, (now paying for unlimited data) it just says "Download Pending"doesn't do anything!. Sometimes it says installing, but click on that and guess what it says, "download pending" sometimes it asks download before everything, I check yes, still nothing! Ive been waiting to finish something I started months ago, (I need a bar code scanner and translate, too, I guess I'll just sit here too, and wait or lose my temper!
1 ★Terrible service. No phone support for to covid. I have 1000 dollar pixel 4xl and I don't have another 1000 dollars for them to put a hold on to send me another one.. I can't wait 14 days to not have a phone... That's my other option. Phone is 4 months old and still under warranty. They refused to honor the warranty at ubreakifix (which have a contract to fix Google phones) I wish I could just wash my hands with Google. It's been a month with no working phone and no solution that works.
