Official mobile application for Montreal metropolitan area’s bike share system.

It allows users to purchase one-way passes and memberships and to rent a bike. A map of the stations shows, in real time, the number of bikes and docking points available at each station so you can plan your routes. Access your personal space to learn more about your trips and usage statistics.

3 ★After recent version update with the new interface, the application is slower, loading app takes longer, clicking scan takes 5 sec to load the camera, when clicking on a station to see availability it takes 2-3 seconds and sometimes I think I didn't click so it receiving twice click so it close the menu, so annoying, these updates just make the user expirence just worst.. The new icons are now smaller than before (station icons) This app should be light and fast. It's a 1 star for the app.

5 ★I like bikes!

2 ★I love Bixby as a service and use it many times per week. It seems like the app has gotten worse and worse though.... most of the times I try to rent a bike it doesn't work the first time, and it often spins, times out, and then if I try to rent another bike it tells me I have to wait because I've reached the maximum number of concurrent trips.... But I don't have any bike taken out!

1 ★Pos won't update because I have an older phone.. won't fix my issue terrible they should make it compatible with older phone. This is a big company.

1 ★Very annoying to have to share location to scan a QR code. Please change that. You don't need to know where i am Forcing to update when i want to rent a bike. I don't have to roaming data. This app is awful.

1 ★Je déteste le nouveau look, les icônes sont illisibles. où sont passées les couleurs qui facilitait ma lecture. Avant je voyais en un coup d'œil s'il y avait un vélo ou non, belle régression.

2 ★Garbage app and service. I have used Bixi many years now. Every year it gets a little worse. This year is leaps ahead in bad service. -The app is not accurate about bikes and docks available. -So many bikes and docks are broken now. I use it daily, there is never a day without some problems. So many broken docks. Bikes broken. The app is reporting open docks /bikee and you arrive to find them broken. Still true 2024.

5 ★Love it! But it is not friendly for tourists or people needing a ride for a day! To pay per minute, that's quite expensive.

1 ★Sign up failed with multiple cards. Error is too vague. Went to a machine and it literally did not work at all for bike renting. So just no way to ride. I ended up driving and putting CO2 in the air. Good job BIXI 👍
