3 ★App needs improvement. There is no progress of what is really happening. Another thing is that it takes forever for them to deliver food.

5 ★Delivery personnel was very courteous, professional and punctual eventho order was placed the day before. Service level is one of the better services.

1 ★Unable to initialize after installing. Keep saying no internet connection even though my INTERNET is connected.

1 ★Damn stupid. Restaurant opening time from 11am to 11pm. Place order at 11:30am, message said cannot order at this time!!!??? Major fail.

4 ★Overall is good but this app doesn't provide live tracking map for delivery like grab/foodpanda did.

1 ★First time and last time using DeliverEat. Never inform customer that free bento no longer available until food being delivered. Free bento replaced with cheapest bento. Felt being cheated by DeliverEat and/or Sushi King.
