1 ★Worst ride-hailing app I have ever used and I've used a lot, drivers never respond and when they do they are never on time, the actual application is super buggy and unstable and compared to the market-leader in Malaysia (grab) these rides cost almost double. Deleting now. Do not waste your time.

1 ★I am very dissappointed with your driver! You implement meter rates system the same as taxi so the same habits are being done. Twice your driver drive very slow likely to increase the rates. I will not use mula again until you improve your rates system so driver cannot take advantage of them.

1 ★When i first booked my ride, it's RM6. But when we reached our destination, fare suddenly increased to RM7. No tolls, no traffic jam. Then why suddenly the fare increased? Uninstalling now.

3 ★More cheaper compared to others app , but please upgrade to be able to use pin location for drop off or pick up point. Consideration for people who staying in deeper road or different pick up point that available

2 ★Very difficult to book driver from Penang airport, waited almost 30 mins but was unsuccessful, in the end went with other e-hailing supplier, need to improve the service.

1 ★You need to protect passenger from unscrupulous drivers! I deleted your app when a driver drove on purpose 30km/hr all the way downtown so that he could charge us an extra RM3!! It is NOT the amount we are upset about, had he drove us down and not do this, we would happily have tipped him extra. But to cheat???! Come on. He drove slow so your app thinks we were in a traffic jam. This is BS!

2 ★price is reasonable and is cheaper compared with other hailing apps, but is really hard to find driver. sometimes have to search 7-10rounds to get a driver.

1 ★Need to wait very long, wrong location, then the distance very far, charge very high, 20 minutes distance need to take until 40 minutes to arrived ?! This app sucks

2 ★WORST e-hailing app ever! Call for a driver need to take more than 5 tries, sometimes no driver available to confirm my order, I do not recommend using this, keep continue using Grab or Uber is better. This app sucks!

1 ★the service was suck.. I already pre-book car 2 days before the date and one of the driver is confirmed. Unfortunately, the driver failed to response on that day and i called 3 times, but he never answer.. fyi, this is my first time to use your service. Because of this treatment i get, i will never use your service anymore..and not encourage other passenger to use this service. Better find other e-hailing service.

2 ★i have tried booking from kerinchi, mid valley, petaling jaya and many other places in Klang valley but got taxi only once. Hard to get a cab in mula. But prices are nominal. need yo improve a lot.

1 ★Don't use this apps. Pre book a trip to KLIA, driver called to confirmed. Thought okay, but ended up he didn't appear on time and when I called back he say forgotten about my trip. Almost cost me my flight.
