Description

Get food delivered from curated lists of local restaurants right at your fingertips with Caviar. Enjoy quality dining at home and make any night a special occasion.

We connect people (who want food) to cool restaurants (who make food) to awesome couriers (who bring people food).

Your first delivery is free. Also, receive $10 off your first order with the code TENONFOOD on orders of $35 or more.

TRUSTED AND EXCLUSIVE RESTAURANTS
Choose your delivery from many popular local restaurants and exclusive eateries you won't find on other delivery services -- from local mom-and-pop to Michelin-rated and The Infatuation picks!
Find the best food in your city—whether that's spaghetti carbonara or a really good burger—so you can get the coolest restaurants brought right to you.

DEALS AND SPECIALS
Regularly check in our app for new restaurants, special deals, and exclusive benefits. If you are a DoorDash DashPass member, you can use those benefits on Caviar, too!

Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

2 ★Way too many hidden fees, clunky user experience, poor notification of when the food is on the way. For an app with such large fees tacked on/that markets itself as being for premium restaurants, why on earth is the highest default tip 18%? That's insulting and disrespectful to delivery partners. There should be 20% and 25% default tip options. I want to give my money to the person actually delivering my food in the rain, not to Caviar. And custom tips can only be whole numbers. Redesign tipping
5 ★I'm no expert but they have delicious food, good pricing, am never disappointed! They can get super busy in the evening so seating can be tricky & takeout orders are most easily done online instead of by phone. If you're picking up an order they have a pickup countertop spot to the right of the register area, you can skip the line for the front
5 ★The app is designed well & is clear to understand. Easy to use & order. My 3rd time using & no glitches in app, website & delivery, so far. There are alot of places to order from. As soon as my order is placed I get an email with order details and can track. But I love they have unique restaurants that are not on other delivery services. I've discovered several nearby restaurants that I never knew about with great selections & higher end. Also I got free delivery for 30 days!😷👍😊
3 ★The app itself is fine, my review applies to the fee structure. Only the delivery fee is advertised next to the name of the restaurant - it's often just a few bucks or no fee at all. However, in fact there is a hidden service fee of 15% the customer is charged but does not find out about until you are checking out. Terrible practice of hiding fees! Doordash and others are doing it too - who will be the first to offer honest, transparent pricing on this essential service?
4 ★The stability of the app has been improved significantly since 2021, the place order does not hang in the middle of nowhere and the search functionality does not transfer you to the waters of the Atlantic Ocean any more. I like that the revolving personal rewards and coupons are saved in the list and you do not need to retype them.
1 ★App is fine but the service is horrendous. I have had several issues and tried to be patient because of the great selection of restaurants but I am finally at my limit. You are lucky if your food arrives within 30 minutes of your delivery time. Sometimes you will wait an hour or longer. As of writing this, I am waiting for a delivery that is over an hour overdue. Additionally, when you try to contact them through the app, it redirects you to their web page through your browser, so good luck if you don't remember the password you haven't had to use in months. Afterwards, the only communicate through email. Worst customer service ever.
1 ★I placed an order for a pizza at 5:30 and it never arrived, even after contacting Support after two hours. After the third, I went and picked it up myself. It had been done since 6:15. The one good thing I can say is that they refunded my money. This was a frustrating experience. I had to contact Support a second time to have the "pending" order cancelled.
1 ★I just ordered from a breakfast place for my husband and I, and my breakfast burrito wasn't delivered. When I clicked help, I was given one option: a credit for the meal itself. Taxes, delivery fee to get the new meal sent, and any possible tip was not included. Even to reorder the meal through the app for pick up, I had to pay $0.75 because someone else screwed up as well as leave the house after I'd paid for someone else to do that for us. Not cool.
3 ★It's nice to have expanded options, but I hate companies that separate service & delivery fees. At the end of the day, I just want to see the full charge it cost me for delivery. Don't separate it. Just say costs $11 to get my food. It's misleading to advertise a $4 delivery charge and the show service fees later in the cart.
4 ★I like that caviar has better restaurants than other apps. The tracking wasn't clear first few times I used the app because the driver is indicated by a small caviar icon which looks similar to orange map features. I saw no way to contact the driver. Also, to get help with an order you have to leave the app and login to their desktop version of the website. Customer service is great. I had a missing item, so the refunded the amount of that item and added a $5 credit to my account.
2 ★Got some catching up to if theyre trying to make head of the class. The selection is nice, but not being able to save favorites & the really clunky search (one restaurant came up in categories, but not when i typed in the actual name) are off-putting. Right now I only use it if i know the restaurant is only on caviar because of those specific issues. Hope they get worked out because the presentation and selection have potential.
1 ★Very difficult to use. It is difficult to search for food items and the fees are higher than other delivery apps. The phone verification process also seems to be broken. This version of the app feels worse than the older version it did before Doordash acquired them. It also seems like they don't really help the delivery person, my delivery person was lost and Carviar did not provide any contact info or guidance to the delivery person. The other apps are better for NYC.
