How to use eufy Clean:

- Registering your account: After downloading the app, create and register an account with your Email address. (Or directly log in with your EufyLife account)

- Adding devices: Open the eufy Clean app and follow the intuitive setup procedure to pair new devices with your smartphone. If a device has already been setup by another family member, you can request control access to operate that device from that family member.

- Using devices: After successfully pairing the new device, it will show up in the device list. Simply tap the icon you wish to use and start enjoying the Eufy smart home experience.

1 ★G30 Verge unable to reset map it just doesn't do what it is supposed to do. The app does not have the function has described on Google search's. It's very simple why can't I reset the map? This should be available on the app.

3 ★Many bugs. Now I can't divide rooms. Edit: Today managed to finally divide rooms, did everything as usual

3 ★the initial software appeared to have bricked my device. After figuring out how to manually reset, it appears to be working for now.

1 ★This version is very bad, it doesn't connect with the g30 hybrid sweeper, it's awful, please put the same version as the previous one, our device is useless, you caused us a loss, how do you want to compensate, put the previous version too, I'm angry with you

1 ★RETURN and DO NOT BUY any vacuums from eufy. 2 vacuums later, the software is terrible and the sensors can't recognize the room it's in which requires you to do an auto clean of the whole floor, create a new map, and redraw all the boundary lines of each and every single room which takes hours just for it to make you do it again within the next 3-4 cleanings. DO NOT BUY.

1 ★Super frustrating app will not connect to device vacuum?? Cmon Anker it's 2025 why can't you make a decent product

2 ★The map function has limited ability to make No-go zones. Can only do 10 boxes and 10 lines. This means if you have lots of furniture that the robot does not recognize it cant go over or under you run out of the ability to keep it from getting stuck or banging itself against (which damages the furniture and the robot). I need more No-go zones that I can set in the app. Putting physical barriers in place are not always recognized so the apps No-go zones are the best solution. Please add more.

5 ★It's a great app compared to iRobot. We did have some roller brush issues with this one when we first got it but eufy support worked with us to get it fixed. Now we are not having any problems with it. I love that the app does everything it says it does without crashing. With iRobot it crashed all the time.
