5 ★The earbuds is so great..... I enjoy listening music in a beautiful way..... I think without the app I wouldn't make anything
1 ★This app does effectively nothing. I was hoping it would add/rewrite a "skip ad" button but doesn't seem like it does. I keep having to go back to my phone to do that which means I'm never really remote on my Q30. The device buttons are useless with two of them for noise cancelation being redundant and the others being on the phone itself which I can never get away from.
1 ★Recent Q35 Update Issues Typically this app is very useful and the equalizer was pretty nice and easy to use, but beware of firmware 1.20 for the Q35 because they drastically lowered bass and the equalizers ability to ramp it up to head rattling heaven like it used to. I know bass heads are a niche group, but the equalizer allowed non bass heads to decrease bass to preferred levels. Now the maximum bass is lackluster to say the least.
3 ★Ehh. OK. It's a good application, but the availability for the devices are low, not only was the Q10 not there, the Q20's my other choice of headphones, weren't there. I get they don't have amazing features to need a application, but it would be cool, you know? Being able to like change the volume, or change the bass boost amount from an app, would be cool and sick! Plus the music was lacking, little amount of playlists and songs in them. Many of what I chose having racial slur. Disappointed...
2 ★I have the Liberty2 ear buds. The sound is good, but the controls are the most basic ones out there - same as the $5 ear buds at Family Dollar. *Except the controls stink. They hang up when you try to increase the volume (no matter what control setting you've selected). And even when you're not on a call, the controls work only half the time. The buds are also unevenly weighted, with the heavier part sticking out of your ear, & that makes them fall out all the time. 😣
4 ★I like the app. It's very easy to use, but I'm only going to give it 4 stars because it seems the app is not optimized for tablet. Whenever I rotate my tablet on landscape mode the app still stays on Portrait mode. I hope you guys can fix it and I will change my rating to 5 stars. Thanks!
2 ★Why can I not disable double tap? 95% of the time it's triggered when I do not want it. Otherwise the earphones are just awesome in every way except of their ergonomics. They literally jump out of my ears after about 15 min. In this respect they are my worst earphones I ever bought and I already had plenty of wireless earphones.
5 ★Such an easy app to use and I've encountered no problems so far. I was previously unable to increase my volume but after downloading the Soundcore app, I'm finally able to and I love it! :)
1 ★where's speak to chat feature? noise cancellation is still terrible- need ai software updates, needs more features updated as life p3 on my liberty air 2 pro.
1 ★Causes System UI to crash which requires a forced reboot to regain control of the device when starting music directly from the app. If System UI does not crash then Bluetooth does which requires a regular reboot to use Bluetooth again. If Bluetooth is not connected, System UI app recovers automatically and does not require a reboot. Reproducible after reinstalling the app. Suspect fault in app's music notification. Android 8.0, Samsung Experience Version 9.0, Samsung Galaxy S9, Soundcore Mini 3
2 ★Everytime I connect my soundcore liberty air 2 earbuds to my phone, i have to manually reselect the equalizer in soundcore app otherwise it goes to back to default equalizer. When I open the app, even though it shows that the equalizer I had selected is active but i have to relselect it everytime for it to come into effect. This needs to be fixed.
4 ★I have Soundcore liberty air 2 pro, i think this is the Best customized app ever but i have two comments as following 1) Regarding ambient sound noise cancellation (custom mode) it should be an indicator of high and low scale when the user customizes his noise cancellation level .... 2) i hope there is an turn on/off action or connect and disconnect action in the earbuds by the touch commands Thank you Sc for delivering best user experience ..
