1 ★to developer: being in compliance with very liberal and loose US privacy laws doesn't mean you need to add 5 data trackers!!! This is terrible behavior and data mining. Unexceptable! No excuse especially using Facebook trackers! Moving away from chipolo!!!
1 ★Waste of money. I purchased a set of chipolo chips for my family. My son's lasted less than 2 months before it refused to connect. Mine lasted even less time. I have tried updating the app but the chips refuse to connect, making them worthless. Do not waste your money on this brand
1 ★I was so excited! But it's garbage, I thought it would have two purposes I didnt have to think about: recover my wallet from my phone and recover my phone from my wallet. at worst recover phone and wallet from computer? worse than Ken M

4 ★Haven't lost my wallet yet, fortunately. Good to know I have this device and app. Unless I missed it, there doesn't seem to be a low battery alert, so you know when your chipolo needs charging. I would hate to need to use it and then find out it wasn't working because the battery is dead.
1 ★22.03.2021 - finally received replacement. Same issue. Asked for refund as it won't work properly (disconnects afyer a day or two). Was told they won't do partial refunds (this was given as a gift by a friend who bought 4). My friend would need to take them all back and reruje them in order to got a refund for this one problematic one. I suggested that this was crazy and the response was a single line' those are the rules'. I give up. Chipolo=poor customer service for a non functioning product.
