3 ★Integrates poorly with my fitness pal despite having an integration option. Has synced with it in the past, but unfortunately not sure how to force a sync (have removed and added sync). Thus, I can't get a sync with my Garmin (because to sync with Garmin I have to go through my fitness pal, ugh) anyway, I love the scale. Had it for years. App is also very good. Integrations suck. Basically, you'll have to hand input your data, which isn't all that bad. Just beware its an issue.
3 ★For months, this has been a useful app, combined with a useful scale. In the last two weeks, however-- since the Feb. 11 update, it has stopped syncing twice. The first time, deleting and reinstalling worked. Not now, however. I hope the tech team will fix this. Otherwise, more reviews like this will be going up-- and their sales going down if people look at the review. Please get to work.
3 ★I like the simplicity of the app but it would be great to be able to set a separate goal for "Body Fat" or "Muscle Mass". But the main thing I would ABSOLUTELY love would be the ability to use the app to cycle through all of the "SET" functions from the scale. Like a simple remote control through your phone. I'd give it 5 stars if it had that ability!!!
5 ★I loaded the app and it worked well then I opened it today and all my data is gone. I uninstalled and reinstalled to see if that would help but it just goes to the set up scale menu. It started working again right after I posted my initial review. I really do enjoy the app. It is very handy to be able to scan the app and have all my info in it. I also appreciate the quick response from the developer.
3 ★i like this app because it does what it is supppsed to do. They were also very responsive when I emailed fir support. However, I gave three stars because the barcode reader doesn't pick up the barcode on the scale, so I have to enter my info manually. But, worse is the fact that there is no way for me edit esrlier entry errors, so one measurement has a sharp, but inaccurate, drop off that affects the annual trend. Edit is a basic feature that should be available.
1 ★Updated app is illegible. It was great for a couple of years. The new interface is horrible. Tiny, light gray fonts that are totally illegible. The weight graph means nothing now without readable information. I had to add scale again w/ Bluetooth. The only positive, the scale upIoaded saved weigh-ins for the past couple of months. however, I cannot recommend this app due to this horrendous and absurd update. they basically turned it into a non-functioning app.
2 ★When it worked, it was great but now it's useless. I specifically wanted a scale that does everything this one does and keeps track of everything in one place. When I first got this, it was awesome. But now it's stopped pairing and nothing I try works. It's going to Goodwill because I'm passed the return window on it.
1 ★Blue tooth fails! I just bought the scale at the end of December. I have had the blue tooth fail on me 3 times. It isn't my phone since none of my other blue tooth devices have this issue. I had to uninstall & reinstall the app. The first 2 times it worked. This time it didn't. Waste of time & money! I wrote original review in Feb. Still having issues with bluetooth failing. 5 months & buying new scale!
3 ★I do love it. However, I just wish it had a muscle mass % goal and body fat % goal. Having only the weight goal worked when I wanted to lose a few pounds, but then I ended up more toned so I technically lost weight like the weight I wanted and gained muscle in its place. And since muscle weighs more than fat, it looks like I am not doing good anymore.
3 ★The recent update brought a brand new UI. It fixed several bugs and made the operation more intuitive. One comment for the develop team to be considered in the next update is that the only unit displayed in the tracking plot is in lb or kg. It would be more reasonable to create a secondary y-axis that will display the other selected parameters, such as BMI, body fat, and etc.
3 ★Great for measuring, not so great for setting goals. You can only set goals on weight, and not on muscle and fat percentage. It also doesn't tell you what category you fall in when it comes to BMI and muscle mass (underweight, overweight, athlete). Would be cool if they can apply some gamification in this app, in terms of leveling yourself up to for instance athlete status / trying to achieve different levels of fitness.
2 ★This app is very frustrating. For someone trying to lose weight it doesn't even show total weight loss amounts and won't let me adjust my starting weight. I stopped and restarted my weight loss and it appears the only way i can reset my starting weight is by resetting the scale and my husband's info would be lost. I deleted earlier weigh ins, but that hadn't helped either. It bases loss on monthly averages. I really like the scale, so this is pretty disappointing.
