1 ★Pretty disappointed really. Can't select comfort mode or eco mode from app, and scheduling for me doesn't work properly.. I have a schedule where on dry from 1am to 6am and then auto from 6:01 til 9am. Everytime I check the schedule it has deleted my auto schedule for 6:01. Also no IFTTT or Google/Alexa integration. Wish I had of picked another brand now.
1 ★Had many issues with this. Get it working for 2-3 months. Then something else goes wrong. It updated 2 weeks ago and then stopped working on our phones and tablets all at once. Have to love the Mitsi heat pumps - they just work.
3 ★It works but lacks all the functionality. We paid $300 for the wifi adapter. Thinking it would be the same functionality as the remote but accessible from our phones. Wrong. It can turn the unit on change modes and fan but that's it. No fan direction, no sensor, no fan swing control.

There are 2 issues: it's very slow to load the aircon-units sometimes NO aircon units can be found at all I really wonder why Daikin, a marketleader for aircons known for excellent quality provides such a lousy app! 3 ★App does not function outside of home network. It will not connect since the previous version was updated. To get this version to work properly create a new user and password for the out of home.
1 ★An average UI . The schedule doesn't work and the remote logon is clumsy and annoying. My heatpump adjusts by half degrees but this app still only allows for one degree changes in temperature! Daikin heatpumps are great but this app is disappointing. In the year I've been using it this app crashes about 50% of the time too. Clearing cache/storage to got it working on Android 9 OnePlus 7 Pro at last. A poor effort by anyones standards 😐. Dropped to 1-star. Out-of-home login stopped working 😠.
1 ★after one of the latest updates the app keeps on crashing over and over again it does not open and I cannot control the air conditioner when I am away from home which is quite annoying considering I have pets and I want them to stay cool. this needs to be fixed immediately
