HiQZenにカタログや資料をアップしておけば、いつでもどこでも必要な時に取り出せます。
・ペーパレス会議を実現
会議の資料をHiQZenにアップロードするだけで、簡単にペーパレス会議を実現できます。資料の印刷にかかる資源や手間を削減します。
・作業現場から写真や動画をアップロード
Android端末で撮影した写真や動画をその場でアップロードし、報告書の作成等に活用。

・ファイルの閲覧
本アプリでは、画像、動画（mp4、m4v）、音声（mp3、wav）、テキスト、HTML文書が閲覧できます。
※PDF、MS Office(Word、Excel、PowerPoint)、その他形式の動画、音声ファイルなどは、他のアプリに渡して閲覧します。
・快適オフライン操作

・パスコードロック
アプリ起動時のパスコードロックを設定できます。所定回数間違えると、設定情報やローカルファイルなどを全て消去します。
・端末認証
アプリで独自に端末IDを生成し、サーバー側にアクティベーションした端末のみ利用を可能にすることができます。
・リモートワイプ
端末を紛失した場合に、端末を指定して、アプリ内に保存したファイルや設定をリモートで消去、初期化することができます。
