5 ★I love their program, I like having my order sent to my home free! I like having all the coupons they give. But I do not like the way my products come broken, I'm sure it's not y'all's fault, but UPS they're horrible, And here lately everything's being sent to the wrong address and lost.

1 ★Not reliable. Several orders ended up by receiving different product, color, quantity or with problems. Seems like a joke, a kid is shipping out whatever product that may be similar to what you ordered (the product name and color is very clear). Other online competitors are much more serious!

2 ★The app is fine. I am a BBB customer and love their products. I love the coupons I get when making purchases. What I do not like about this app is every time I try to navigate a pop-up comes on and says the app is requesting to have full allowance at all times. I have it set to allow only when app is in use. I have all my apps that way. I'm not giving permission for more than I set to begin with. Why keep asking? If it continues I will delete the app and use a browser.

4 ★Good way to shop for home goods, especially with the membership. Search algorithm isn't always great, doesn't pull up all the available products, so I end up having to browse more than I'd like to. Still, the site has a better selection than the stores have, so it's usually worth the trouble

4 ★Great app for keeping track of coupons and uploading mailed coupons. Pages are slow to load sometimes. Would be nice when you hit the back button that it would take you back to the item you clicked on instead of the top of your search list so you don't have to res roll every time. Easy checkout for gift card and PayPal payments.

5 ★This was my first time ordering online using the Bed Bath & Beyond app. It was fast, easy and efficient once I found the item I wanted. I do enjoy shopping in person when I can, but when that is not possible, this app works very well.

4 ★I have used the app 3 or 4 times to order items. It never remembers who I am and says I don't have an account. However, the merchandise is a good quality and I like the curbside pickup.

5 ★Never a line. Shelves are clean as well as the products. Shelves not crowded. Items can be seen. The only thing is that prices are not easily found on products . You have to walk around to find a check price or floor help to find a price on many of the items I wanted.

1 ★Horrible search, put in induction cookware set and get everything but that.

5 ★It's one of the easiest shopping apps I've used. Some thing's can't be shipped. I finally figured out, it's because they don't have it at my store. Lol So don't give up, find a store that has it. Guessing they don't have a facility that just does shipping like other stores. But that's ok with me.

1 ★More often than not when I use the app, it won't load any of my searches. Just stuck on a loading page. I have reinstalled the app and it doesn't fix it.

4 ★Love app, it is extremely user-friendly and well organized; however, I gave it 4 stars because unavailable items are sometimes shown to be available when they aren't. You find out they aren't available after attempting to add them to the cart.
