1 ★I downloaded this app to try & then decided to uninstall. it won't go away. It continues to send me home. And even though I used filters, the homes that continue to come are not even close to my price range. How can I make it stop completely? I have tried to uninstall several times and restated my phone and nothing works
5 ★I have been using this app for a while now I get my notifications on various new homes prices all the information you need on a home it's on there tons of beautiful homes different cities to search for new homes when they're first listed as soon as they're on the market different numerous of prices to choose from or I could speak to an agent or schedule an appointment especially now with all the pandemic going on I rather do everything on my phone this is the best app I recommended👍👍
1 ★Don't use this app or the realtors they will connect you with people they are close with that dint help and only want more and more money they are not professional at their jobs neither is the mortgage lenders they wanted us to go with 1st priority mortgage don't use them either they are super un professional and don't do their jobs in a timely manner and Jack your prices up to where they get more money out of you I definitely wouldn't recommend either of these especially if your a veteran
2 ★I do not want to story homes and I continually get two story homes to look at because the application does not have one story only or ranch only nor can I get wooded lots because there's no option for wooded lots so I rate this app as a two because I have to go through so many houses none of my interests.
1 ★I am having a big issue with this app. I have put my filters on the max price, type, size, year etc. of the house I'm looking. But they keep on sending me things that are way way ot of my parameters. Please go by my filters and stop washing my data and time.. I have decided to uninstall this virus called Motovo.
1 ★Installed, run it. Getting to screen which explains how to use app, swiped all 4 pages and what next? No OK button. App just sitting on those 4 pages, I can swipe them left right and nowhere else. So app not functioning.
5 ★This app really helps you in the home buying process. The app provides homes to consider based on your search criteria. You get updates frequently and you can adjust the frequency of the updates. The app provides a value for the house you're considering in comparison to the asking price. Helps to see if a house is over / under priced. I now use this app more than zillow.
2 ★App is great for locating houses that fit your needs, but then it's usefulness stops. In one case, we notified Movoto to have an agent contact us. One month later (!?!) I get notice it was sold. The next property, I contacted the listing agent directly. Bought that one immediately. Three weeks later, Movoto has yet to contact to inform us that the house WE bought has been taken off the market. Bottom line...use Movoto to locate properties...then contact the listing agent DIRECTLY.
1 ★Have to make an account to access. I will just move onto the other dozen that do not require.
