1 ★This app has a good selection of shows. The reason for this low rating is because I can only LOOK at those titles. ANY TITLE THAT I PLAY SAYS THE SAME ERROR MESSAGE. ERROR: THIS IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR STREAMING ON YOUR REGION. NOT ONLY THAT. I HAVE REACHED OUT TO THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT 3 TIMES AND NO REPLY! IF THERE'S A WAY TO RATE THIS 0 STARS I WOULD HAVE DONE IT.
4 ★I love this app. It has a great selection of films/series. However, there are a view things that bugs me. First, the download feature sometimes doesn't work (very rarely, but it happens). I downloaded a couple movies and went to the download section after but they're not there. Second, while the regular subscription can be paid using various options (including your balance and OVO), this does not go for the rent ones. I just wish that there are more payment options for the rented ones.
1 ★worst download scenario in this app. I can't resume the download once it's paused. it's is always says that unable to download video, please check your network even i have good network . which using for live streaming in same app. it's too bad and wasting my time & data
2 ★I really enjoyed my first subscription on this. But few days later, I was so disappointed, I can't watch the movies anymore. I tried to select every movies but it always appeared the same notice "error" and is not available in my region. I'm now losing my appettite if this service are still doing the same after this day. I hope you guys can immediately fix this matter.
4 ★overall this is a good app. it offers us many option of entertainment programs, but one thing that bothers me the most is everytime I switch from one channel to another it pops adds first. I don't mind if the adds are for 5 sec long but 15 sec? at least you have to feature a skip button so I, and the other users, dont have to wait for that long. Thank you

4 ★The updated at 31 Jul 19 impact Missing all subtitles, all language, all movie. I change from 1 star cz Tq for fixing the Subtitles issue by updated at 14 Agustus 19.. hope next updated will not have any issue.
5 ★IDK why, seems like updating the apps just to make it bad that I didn't receive my 1day subscription, yet. usually it takes about 5min and I have wait more than 1h but still didn't get my subs. I already sent an email but still no reply. it's not like I can watch all days, only weekend. 4 ★• Content - 8/10 • Buffering - 3/10 • Samsung TV App HOOQ - 5/10 I do not know whether you guys are still improving the app or not but the buffering got to go . I'm on the highest Gbps and it still buffer up to 30 seconds . Reinstall/Restart everything and it is still the same . I wanted to enjoy HOOQ with my family on my Samsung TV but the buffering- and the fact that it kept changing low,med,high definition is too much . I hope you guys are doing something regarding this .
