中医经方伤寒论的查询系统，本作已经囊括了之前的中药查询系统。查询方式跟之前类似，例如要找用药成分里面有“桂枝”的方子，选择“用药”然后打上“桂枝”就能查出所有含有桂枝的方子。要查“阳明”经的方子就选择“归经”，然后打上“阳明”就能查出所有跟阳明有关的方子。在方子最下列出了该方的所有用药，点击可以直接看到药品详细。并包括了全书阅览，收录的是《桂林古本伤寒杂病论》可以通过每页的菜单键选择放大缩小字体。跟上作一样有另外一个收3块钱加币的收费支持版，跟免费版是一模一样的。
