一個針對台灣優秀原住民工藝師開發的APP軟體東海大學創新育成中心自101年1月成立「文化創意產業發展辦公室」，由東海大學管理學院及創意設計暨藝術學院的專業師資及資源，結合學術單位、產業界、財團法人及政府的資源，共同輔導文化創意工作者，發展文化創意產業。
