2 ★App is broken. Will add multiple items to your cart even though you only selected one. Customer support doesn't respond to email, even when then fail to ship items in your order but still charge you for them. Fresh direct used to be a quality service, but over the last 4 or 5 years they have been failing more than succeeding.
3 ★the app is fully functional 50% of the time. 25% of the time it randomly crashes. the other 25% of the time the search engine tells me that my search for "beans" is incorrectly spelled so no items are found. Still, I love doing my shopping on the app but from a rating an app perspective, 3 stars my dudes.
3 ★It's great when it works, which is becoming less and less often. Problems with sign in, top items disappearing, etc. make it really difficult to use a service that I actually love. Please fix the Android app!
2 ★The app does not retain the items you added to the cart if you disconnect from the app and return 5 minutes later. It also does not apply the filters to the category results. Very frustrating. After losing 37 items I will restart in the web app.
1 ★Choppy animations. Hard to make delete button appear in cart. Won't accept my address- says zip code not found, so I'm unable to complete my order and the app is useless. I'm also unable to finish adding an address on the website and this whole app feels like a prototype. Very frustrating.
1 ★Shocking how much better competitor apps are. So much more intuitive. Sharper display. Problems scrolling when looking at my cart on this. Better invest in better technology. Not the only game in town anymore and these guys are out to eat your lunch. If you can't have a good app, you're done.
5 ★I love Fresh Direct!! I have been a weekly customer for 12 years, and I don't be know how I would get along without them. The customer service is beyond fabulous, from the delivery people, all the way to the executive office. The app is easy to use, and the website is well designed for efficient shopping as well as for leisurely browsing. The quality of absolutely everything is top-notch. I love everything about FD. DON'T EVER CHANGE!!
2 ★Love FreshDirect, but this app is unacceptable. Ridiculously slow, buggy, constantly hanging and closing itself. Just a pain to use. It's been bad for a long time, and I just assumed they'd get around to fixing it eventually... Guess not.
1 ★Their service is unreliable. They say contactless delivery, but did not leave my order, saying that I did not specify to leave it. Then she canceled my order without telling me and made no attempt to refund my money. Will not be using them EVER again. 10 days and I still don't have my money!!! So disappointed. I was really hoping I could use them regularly moving forward. Oh WELL!
1 ★Where to start....app constantly freezes (Google Pixel 3xl)...finally pushed through entering about 20 items... entering address keeps returning zio code not found over and over. Definitely entering correct zip code, they definitely deliver to my area as neighbors use them. Horrible app!!!!
1 ★Horrible experience. App keeps crashing...won't allow me to enter the address (doesn't accept zipcode) or use PayPal without crashing. Extremely frustrating given the times and no delivery times available anyway it seems when my girlfriend tries to order on her app. Just wasted an hour putting together a cart and fighting with checkout.
1 ★"Technical difficulties" for hours now have kept me from completing my first order. Can't add an address, and if I close the app and restart, it loses my cart, have to start all over! Probably more trouble thank it's worth, could have gone to the store by now.
