1 ★Sometimes they send messed up updates that automatically drain your phone. Had to delete ap because of this. Last update had two hours for it's time. What did they do that takes two hours? Anyway I only signed up so I could get digital coupons if in store and see something with it. Never figured out how to quickly get them.
1 ★Can't ever get the sale circular to come up. Without this, app is useless. Uninstalled 9/1 then reinstalled hoping it would help. Hit weekly ads and got a City Market ad of Bed Bath And Beyond. Can I say your app plain SUCKS!!!!worked for a few weeks.1/23-Ad does not come up again. Tried to put in pickup order. Says try later. You people are the worst on the internet. Safeway is such a dream.
3 ★Mamy times the codes in store cannot be scanned, not sure if due to app error or store displaying outdated qr codes. It's also very annoying that we need to oull out a phone to scan a Pic of a code for the discount. Especially when store is busy, now we get to be the inconsiderate person holding people up messing with an app. What is the point of the value card now if not all deals apply to it?
3 ★Pretty much good, your employees are very friendly, courteous and helpful. But I have a lot of food allergies with preservatives, pesticides, herbacides etc. and have to eat 99% organics. So when you keep discontinuing my favorite name brand organics, even your simple truth products ..you force me and others to go without or have to travel 50 to 75 miles one way to find our needs....as there really are no reliable/palatable organic substitutes... Thanks for listening...
1 ★This app is always changing. just when I have it figured out, I flip it open and there's a new change that I don't understand. the face of the app is complicated to look at, and I can't get the filter to work for my coupons. it's super frustrating.
4 ★While still having some difficulty with navigation and locating items. We're managing to get the hang of it fairly quickly. The process could be somewhat faster if some groups of items were able to be filtered out. Example: no alcohol or gluten free.
3 ★There is always 3 fantom items in my shopping cart. I have rest, deleted/ reinstalled, cleared cache, but it is always there! Even on different devices / same account... It is stressful thinking you are going to get charged for something that's not there yet registered to be there..
1 ★options keep getting worse. no place to leave preferences for produce any more. products that show as unavailable on line and you walk in to the store and they are available. I used to like the online shopping but it keeps getting worse.
1 ★The app usually works fine for me, but today I discovered that after making a shopping list last night, it erased everything and my shopping list is empty. Obviously it's not the end of the world, I'm going to write out list again, it's just incredibly frustrating and I'm going to uninstall the app if it's going to be counterproductive.
1 ★It quit working after this last update. I got a push notification and clicked it, whole thing froze up. Then I got it to close and tried opening the app as usual to have it freeze again. Rather disappointed because i use the app a few times a week.
1 ★Please stop the unnecessary feature updates. You had me shopping at your store because I could easily add things to my cart and know what was in stock and allow me to budget. The new "lists" feature is maddening and making me want to go shop at other stores. Delivery isn't an option where I live and I don't care for someone else selecting my produce and meats.
1 ★This app sucks, I'm from out of town and would like to plan my monthly shopping trip in another state but am trapped in your apps weirdness. I am unable to pull up a weekly add from my two favorites store in Colorado. So I guess I'll have to buy from Walmart!
