A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.
Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?
A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading). As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.
Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?
A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.
Q: What are Android App permissions?
A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

2 ★Good idea but still a long way to go. On my OnePlus 6t I find this app uses an excessive amount of battery. Today for example it used 35% of total battery consumption, but was only used to make one short call. Also, the softphone often fails to stay initialised from day to day, so I end up missing calls. As a corporate user who often works remotely I need a reliable way to access my work phone, this app doesn't yet deliver this.
1 ★Absolutely disgusting piece of software. Does not work 90% of time. Call are dropped, app does not launch or has constant issues with connecting to server. Often calls come through and you can't hear the other side. Requires constant phone restart to work. Massive, massive nuisance and absolute lack of professionalism from developers who are aware of issues and don't address them. Do not use this for your company as this will result in a loss of revenue. You have been warned. Avoid like plague
2 ★This app is super great when I have it on. But when I accidentally close the app I miss tons of calls. Just because the app is closed shouldnt mean it doesnt run in the background, right? That would be like WhatsApp not being able to recieve calls or texts when I close the app, but it does. I like this app, but I cant give it the rating it rightfully deserves until I've seen this flaw fixed, I'm sorry. But on that note I believe in the skills of the developers to pull through with this.
1 ★Have this phone system for work . App works well when open . When i minimize my phone doesnt ring and I miss my calls I also can't a ringtone attached to it, just 1 beeps notifies me . Co workers with iPhone have no problem when the app is minimized on their phone. I can't get this app to function properly. Why ?? This app sucks
3 ★Really good App to provide Desk phone service from your work, on your mobile, but, I have found that whilst running, it takes exclusive access of the microphone of the handset. This means that you have to terminate the App to make a normal phone call, hence the 3 stars due to inconvenience.
2 ★This app gives a pretty poor experience on Android 9. Incoming calls don't ways show over other apps or on the lock screen, requiring some additional steps to get into the app and accept the call. After taking a call the backlight timer gets disabled so I have to manually lock the phone or restart the app. There have been a few updates to this app since my initial review and these problems are still present.
2 ★Since the update 9.1.311 the feature of showing ring group information stopped working. On the previous version you we're able to see from which ring group what call you are receiving. call quality is not that good and setting up the app takes a lot of time as an engineer. The app isnt user friendly because some features are not that obvious to end users. Like changing the status or creating a new status. The app also uses alot of battery power which is mentioned in other reviews.
1 ★keeps searching for GPS while inside, can't disable it as errors that location is disabled keep popping up. Draining a lot of battery. During calls sometimes not able to hang up, red button does not work. Xiaomi Mi 9T Edit, last update, GPS error is gone, but battery drain seems to be even more. More than 25% of the battery used by this single app.
1 ★Keeps losing sound, and I can't hang up and redial, so I have to kill the app and start again; it also keeps greying me out and saying that licensing has failed, which stops me making or receiving calls, only to mysteriously get resolved by turning Softphone off and on again! These happen several times a day, every day, with no explanation given.
1 ★Would not recommend this to anyone. So many bugs and very frustrating I have been using it for 4 months through work. We will not be renewing our contact unless they do some major updates. (March 2020). TalkTalk business use this.
2 ★App is very temperamental, when it drops a connection it wont automatically reconnect without manually loading the app to check the connection status. You can walk about all day with the app disconnected with no alert to the user. App also doesn't start with phone, user must remember to restart the app each time phone is power cycled.
2 ★The UI hurts the user experience. Spending too much time trying to open a menu by swiping. The app would be more productive with a simple hamburger menu. I use gesture navigation on Android. The swipe to open any of the menus require precision or else they're interpreted as the back button.
