1 ★App doesn't work. Like a recent review by another person, can't log in. Tried putting in my email and password, clicking submit takes you back to an empty log in screen. Reinstalling it doesn't make a difference. Shameful, esp for such a massive organisation like Accor.
5 ★User friendy,.. simple, fast, convenience apps, and make a booking process faster.
2 ★Good offers and app in general but the card paymend (3D secure) does not work. I tried several times since yesterday and got that the app was unable to verify the payment. Did absolutely the same reservation and payment with the same card, and everything worked perfectly from the first time. Please, fix the payments in your app!
3 ★Can't book rooms for 2 adults and 3 young children (one being an infant) easily for most hotels. Have to call the hotel to confirm that they will support an infant (which they do) and then book for only 4 people. Confusing and makes life harder... Some families are just bigger. Phone app only shows Accor member rates and will sometimes exclude rooms that don't have a special rate, even though those rooms are a better fit for the traveller.
1 ★Can't update my profile, can't link my cards. I always get an error whenever I update anything in my profile. My stays aren't updated when I have multiple bookings in the same property. It has been like this for almost a year now. Horrible app.
5 ★I trust this app, very well designed and reliable especially during cancellations, it takes immediately effect. I hope they could add an option to repeat old books with new dates. Over love the app and discounts. Perfect for travelers
1 ★JCB Credit Card can't use in this application. Even when you already input in the settings
2 ★Accor apps are the most frustrating apps that ever existed, and rather than creating stress-free interactions, in fact, do the opposite. When they work, they can work somewhat efficiently but they are plagued with timeouts, incomplete field error data messages, technical issue error messages, that make it impossible to navigate. this is across multiple devices and browsers so is not device related. Given the size of the business, you should have the simplest, error free interface available. there are plenty of those out there to learn from.
1 ★WOEFUL!! Have always found the accor app simple and quick to use, no issues and no garish backgrounds. This new version just feels thrown together - the colour scheme is harsh on my eyes when already looking at a digital screen, to book a hotel is awkward especially as cannot find a way to add more than one room to a booking, then to amend or cancel you have to scroll down then back up!? Sort it out accor.
5 ★All issues have been resolved. User experience in the app is seamless now. Good job!
