2 ★It used to be great. Stopped working had to uninstall. Now wants verification all the time. The idea of having an app is to make life easier.
2 ★App doesnt send guest message notifications, even though I have all notifications set on. Apparently this is very common.
1 ★This app is not sshowing me any notifications any more, even tho notificationas are allowed in app settings. I don't even get notifications when I have new bookings.
1 ★Bad to worse. Keeps logging out all the time. Does not open half the time. I wonder if you guys even read the feedbacks.
2 ★I get no notifications 2 days after I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. This started happening a couple of months ago even though I have all notifications on.
1 ★It's nice to have an access to the booking chats and reservations on mobile, but I really dislike using this app. Every time it glitches, lags, or simply breaks when I try to normal things like sending messages or checking the reviews for my property. The translate function is straight up useless, even though on the website everything works fine. I would recommend using the website than this wreck. Knowing booking, they won't fix anything, which is why I give this app 1 star instead of the 2.
1 ★By far the app with the funniest bugs on my phone and my phone is loaded with much more obscure apps lol. It's like a playground for some adolescent coders who keep introducing new bugs as they fix old ones. For some time message history tab and the guest info tab were being mixed up too lol. Another fav bug of mine is loading a WebView page in the app that then asks you for a 6 digit code that is available only in the app. Browsing away restarts everything lol. Payment experience was similar.
1 ★By far the worst hosting app. It's a mess and it doesn't work. Customer service is non existent. There are buttons and options that you will never use. It doesn't make sense. It's unintuitive. This app is so bad that I charge a LOT more on booking than I do on Airbnb just so I don't have to use it.
1 ★No notification comes when I receive a booking.... Several times I was surprised by guests calling to say they have a reservation
1 ★Why app performance is so bad even data is not so much???? It always shows loading at least 5-6 seconds. Please fix this performance app. Other issue is Pulse always ask for authentication whenever enter app.
2 ★Doesn't send notifications. Automatically marks many messages as "No reply needed" which makes replying to guests a chore when you don't realise they've sent a message. The app struggles to update read status on messages and stops displaying messages if Internet connection is even momentarily interrupted. Fix the chat functionality.
1 ★Horrendously plagued with bugs. Non existent customer service!! The reply to this review will be a request to get in touch with them. As always it's just a farce to make it seem like they are trying to help. I have already reported all the issues faced. Nothing has been resolved!
