1 ★Very inconvenient. It always show "you are currently offline" eventhough Im connecting to wifi. When there are bookings, it does not show the details of the bookings and guest information. A lot of bugs in this app. Developers need to carefully monitor the all app performance and should detect the bugs. The app and the web version does not allow to rearrange the photos, so the photos are messed up and it os very hard for the guest to observe the house.
1 ★I recently stayed at a hotel booked through Agoda, and I was extremely disappointed with the experience. The quilt in my room was very dirty ,the person who came tochange the quilt was also dirty and tracked more dirt onto thequilt while changing it. The food at the hotelwas also subpar and expensive. To make matters worse, when I tried to contact Agoda customer service for assistance, it was unresponsive. Thehotel name was also not updated in agoda app andthis madesearch fr hotel frustrating.
1 ★I booked a hotel on January 8th, and there was a problem with the hotel door not closing. The entire hotel was in poor condition. Despite calling Agoda, the representative assured me they would call back, but they never did, even after multiple attempts. I advise against downloading Agoda based on my experience. 🙏 Please reconsider.
5 ★Best app I always use Agoda for when I need to book a hotel for an upcoming vacation or trips. Most of the time the app is so much cheaper than the normal rate and saves me money, hassle-free for payments and easy to use. Flights are also easy to book too unlike the normal flight booking process. Agoda is my travel companion and buddy that helps me out literally cause I have no parents, no lover and no friends. Last time I felt something like this when I was still with my ex.
1 ★Hi I would recommend perfectly not to use agoda. I booked a accommodation from the portal I stayed their in property as well , when it came to GST invoice booking was showing automatically cancelled & I m not able to reimburse the amount. Even I contacted multiple times with Agoda customer care but the only thing I could get that is fake commitment.
1 ★Useless customer service!! Don't forget to read their T&C/policies! Despite canceling my booking on cancellation date, they are not ready to refund the amount. Other apps charge a cancellation fee and refund the remaining amount, but agoda swallows my money without refunding a single rupee, so be aware before using this app. It is best to avoid apps like agoda if you don't want to lose money. I lost nearly 20K with agoda.
1 ★WARNING DON'T USE THIS APP! YOU WILL BE OVERCHARGED WITH NO HELP AFTER! I'm homeless right now and having to pay for a room week by week went through agoda for an emergency reservation as we lost our place due to some wicked individuals, new to the area, looking for the best deals and cover the whole area in our search. Use agoda twice then we have issues with the app and have to pay directly to the hotel, OVERCHARGED! And the absolutely refuse to help in way at all. 0 Star is more accurate
1 ★I booked from this app and paid booking amount. But they didn't send me any details of booking after payment. They don't provide any customer support other than AI to solve the issue. Now I don't have money and don't have access to customer support to access my booking. AI simply rejects my requests. This is the worst situation I have ever been. Thanks to my experience with Agoda on my first booking itself.
1 ★Tried to book an activity in Phuket via the app. Transaction went through with money taken from account, but no confirmation email recieved. Tried to recieve activity voucher through the app but kept getting an error saying "we may be experiencing a technical issue. You can try again now or come back later". When I went to check the booking again today it now says the booking is no longer 'upcoming' but has already been completed. No way to contact or manage the booking in app.
4 ★Booked 1 ROOM only instead of 3, but 3 payments were charged to my credit card a/c, I was shocked & quickly called my bank to stop payment but I didn't make it. Chat with CSO, she told me the additional 2 unable to refund due to promotion, but I told her this was not my fault, she contact the Hotel & help me to cancel with refund. In your emails, you never admit that these issues were due to your system error. Update: Refunded, thanks to CSO. From 1☆ to 4☆ now.
1 ★Never book through this app Make my trip is far better than this but I suggest you first check with the hotel for the prices this app is charging way more than what the hotel was charging. I booked through agoda and again I checked with the hotel there was almost 50% difference that too with out break fast hotel guy was generous and he gave me a complimentary breakfast.
1 ★They never take any responsibility for any problem whatsoever. Even if you complaint about a hotel, they say it is the hotel's decision and they can't do anything. I have reached out to Agoda customer care multiple times for different issues, not once did they provide any solution. It is as good as booking the hotel from the hotel's website. they just make commission out of increased rates, will provide customer no additional services
