4 ★Love the App! The more you use it, that's when coupons and discounts come into play! They always give an estimated time for arrival, but I always get my items before the date. If your having problems with sizing, you might want to go in store and shop! I wear an 11/12 and Large in leggings and hoodies(top heavy and in the butt) and Medium in Shirts/Joggers! Some clothes run big...
2 ★This app needs real attention ASAP. I have had to Uninstall and install over 10 times. I have to call in my orders, and that gets very frustrating. I have not been able to spin the wheel deal. I get offers and can never use them. The app doesn't let me. I'm just very disappointed in this app. I love VS and I spend ALOT of money. I love the customer service agents. They are amazing and so helpful. So I really wish they would address the application. LOVE VS Though!!!!
4 ★Shopper Friendly App! Love the perks features & offers within the app. Also love the ability to manage my account, view order history, store gift cards/rewards cards & view products for both PINK & VS. I would suggest fixing the following problematic issues (& reason for 4 stars instead of 5). Theres an option to link your PINK credit card & VS credit card, however in my case it doesn't do that I can only view VS card. Promos/offers are always an issue online. Need anility to reach CS in app! :)
1 ★This app does not work well on my Samsung phone. Even the enabled biometrics locked me out when I tried to place an order. It should have given me an option to put in my password instead. Different coupon codes are offered through each app, which is also frustrating. I'll use the VS app but I'm deleting the Pink app from my phone.
1 ★This app keeps logging me out and I am putting the correct password and it keeps telling me that it is not correct therefore it goes to a blank page and it does not let me shop tried to delete app and re download but it still SUCKS PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!! Possible to get discount codes even if shopping in store it will not pop up anything at all!!!!
2 ★The app is not good. Unless you search by keyword you'll miss many items. Victoria Secret has ONLY ONE t-shirt to chose from - that's crazy ,& the one comes on only one color. VS Pink rarely changes up their look, if I hadn't lost so much weight & needed clothes I wouldn't buy anything. Also things disappear from my cart & I have to go back to look for them to re-add back - that's so frustrating!
1 ★I have tried signing up and using the app but it keeps telling me my password doesn't meet requirements even though all of the boxes are checked saying it's good. It says cannot use consecutive numbers or letters.....I have tried everything under the sun with no luck. Again all boxes are checked indicating it passes the expectations yet a warning pops up saying password doesn't meet requirements.
5 ★I like that when you click on a size for an item it closes out the colors and designs that aren't available in your size. Items stay in the bag until you remove it or purchase which is easy for me to keep track of. Everything is easy to use and it also combines PINK and VS if you search from VS.
2 ★Issues connecting customer information with website (i.e. shopping cart, password, etc) I have experienced unavailable & unhelpful customer service in every avenue of pink/V.S. online. In-store associates have always been very helpful, unfortunate since it isn't always convenient to travel to the store. The app & websites are not as easy to use as they should be.
2 ★after update app keeps saying i entered the wrong password when i know its correct. (i write it down) i keep having to change it! also was shopping today online and it kept refreshing and when i would go back it would direct me somewhere different and it took forever to find where i was last. super glitchy.. not a fan of it . will always love the deals tho!
1 ★Very faulty system. I set my password upon initial sign up. I screen saved used the same password it will not allow. Any account info. But constantly give you options to shop fill your cart etc. This the second time ever this app does this. Does not give any information about order history, status, etc. Like I never placed an order. Uninstall after I get my package
1 ★Even though Klarna and PayPal were listed as payment options, the app wouldn't allow me to use either, and I qualify for both. I kept getting a message saying "oops something went wrong" every single time I tried to use either option. I had to pay full price which I was hoping to split over four payments, but as I really need new bras due to my pup destroying several and since I had to do this quickly while at my nursing job, I had no choice. please fix this or don't even list them as options.
