2 ★This App needs Updating or something. It kinds sucks after I use most of my FLX Reward points to boost my chances of winning a reservation or to win free stuff. The app crashes or constantly runs slow. I spend too much money for this to be happening and like right now I dont even know if I won the raffle for the Retro 1 OGs that come out March 6th...... with the app down it may be to late for me to claim my win🤦‍♀️ & I also tried login in on the website in chrome but it doesn't show the Reserv.

1 ★Horrible app and would not recommend at all just like any other affiliated app foot locker.

1 ★Garbage app. Waste of time. You can never hit on any of the new releases thru the app or online. I waste all of my so called VIP points every week to try and secure a pair only to find out Nike executives are using "BOTs" to buy up all the shoes for their sons shoe resales business. Leaving the average customer out in the cold. It's 2021 if these companies can't figure out how to avoid a BOT from taking away our chances to buy a pair of shoes. Then its time I start spending money somewhere else

2 ★All the other shoe apps are so much better. There are way too many shoes that "are no longer available" or "sold out". It's not worth clicking on every shoe to see if it's available. Finish Line and Hibbett are way better.

1 ★Complete garbage, I keep getting this message saying Wrong client for this refresh token. I can't view anything. Stayed online for hours waiting for release until they kick me out and tell me the product is out of service.

1 ★There is always an error that pops up on this app, even on a regular day. Dont expect the app to work on a day a Jordan releases. Disappointed.

1 ★They need to switch this flex point system back to the way used to be I spent tens of thousands of dollars with champs, footlocker , East Bay and I can't get ahead or any kind of push I spend all my points for all these whatever's and get nowhere.

1 ★The app reservations have crashed for the last 3 releases when it is time to reserve the shoe and it still keeps your reward points. Complete waste of time.

1 ★The worst app and company. I got a couple pairs of defective shoes. I left a review and the district manager up here in Seattle called me graciously to tell me how they would fix it by either returning the shoe or giving me access to any new release. Welp that was a lie cuz now I can't get lucky on none of the new releases and he stopped answering the phone. I'd go to Finish Line or Shieks from now on if I was you.
