4 ★This App is very user friendly. It is so easy to look at items and very easy to purchase. I buy from Adore Me a lot and I love their products. Easy app, easy to buy, great product. It's a win win! 😍. I am asking that a Customer Support be add to the app. I had placed an order Jan 13th and when I check Tracking it shows that really hasn't gotten anywhere since I ordered it. Who do I contact??
4 ★I love many of the sets. I just wish that I could get replacement wires for my bras. The wires wear out before the bra does. Fabrics hold up well. Another issue us that some of the straps don't allow for them to be tightened up. I have a set that I need to tighten to fit me and then I will have to stitch it to hold for additional wearing. I wish the app would automatically remember my size so or preferences. If I decide I want to look at more I can then adjust through the filter.
4 ★The app works fine. My problem is with the items I like not being available for weeks. Not sure how or why there are Black Friday and Cyber Monday events when items haven't been restocked or made available. The app also showed BOGO (buy one set, get one set free). Every time I attempted to take advantage (with BOGO items only), it amounted to a $20 savings; there was nothing free.
4 ★App doesn't let me "Complete my Box" & had to do the return process via web browser. The page to complete my box never fully loaded whether it was on WiFi or Data only on the app. So far only complaint- btw, only returned products due to inputting my size wrong (thought I was previously wearing 36" bras, but then realized I was incorrect and needed 36"). Good experience so far though.
4 ★Shopping and managing orders/returns is very easy. The search needs serious help (search "bodysuit" and see what comes up) and the product listing will show the exact same item multiple times if it comes in multiple patterns/colors (literally once for each) which clogs the list of products with duplicates.
3 ★App great. Cute clothing, good quality, with most items a bit expensive. More importantly 💥beware💥 of monthly subscription, after several months of membership (with and without purchases), never once was charged for a 'dirty/damaged' item or had a 'missing' item, until I decided to cancel my membership. On my last box, they charged me $45 ($5 for missing item and $20×2 for 'dirty/damaged'). Coincidence? I doubt it. I paid and didn't dispute due to their strict policy 🙄 Just FYI y'all
4 ★The "Adore Me" app & website are both easy to use & convenient. They have a wide variety of styles for bras & panty sets for both regular & plus sizes. They also have two different types of accounts. You can either pick out what you want in the app & then order it as a VIP with a discount. (or) You can have them send you a box every month with 3 different sets in it that match your personal preferences in styles & colors. You try them on, keep what you like & send the rest back.....if any.
5 ★Easy to navigate the app and the filters are great for narrowing down your options for quicker purchasing. I like all the notification options too since my size does not stay in stock long. I'm a new shopper and the experience so far has been great. I've spent alot of $$ lol but so far I have been very happy with the quality and fit of my bras AND panties. A 34G is hard to find with both support AND style! Looking for those coupons/promo codes now so I can buy more! LOL!
5 ★Adore Me is a great company! I absolutely love their products. While their prices used to be a less, making even their highest price items a better deal than Victoria Secret's semiannual sale. While that is not the case anymore, the products are well worth the price. The prices are very reasonable for a high quality products. The app makes it very convenient to keep up with my monthly orders, keep up with sales, browse new collections, and watch over my account.
5 ★This company has beautiful products. I've purchased from every category and have not been disappointed yet. There are options to pause or skip the current months membership, or upgrade to try before you buy (I have no experience with that last part so far). There are even live events to view products. My drawers are now stocked with a verity that I love. I definitely recommend this app!
1 ★Ordered once and then was charged monthly for a vip membership that I never signed up for. Searched and searched to figure out how to cancel it. Finally found it. Only to find out they charged me yet another fee for $65 still have not heard back from them about this. Wanted to cancel my account and delete my card on file and that's clearly impossible. Will not be purchasing from them again.
5 ★Phenomenal! Honestly better than victorias secret or any other brand. Everything I got was extremely comfortable, great quality, sizes are fantastic, price is good compared to others and for the over all quality. Shipping was delayed thanks to covid and it came through USPS but other than that im very impressed and will be buying A LOT more. The app is also very user friendly, its easy to search and pick out what you want. Hands down best shopping experience.
