1 ★These are the worst application services I've came across. Initially they book your slot and do not provide a professional. The point is if you don't have a professional why would you book our slot. The whole thing revolves around the slot then and eventually there is no professional and you keep rescheduling or canceling the same. Highly disappointed
1 ★The service professionals are very good and do the given job properly. But the solutions they use to clean the bathroom floor or wall tiles cause so much damage and they leave white marks on the tiles. No matter what the tiles will never look like original anymore. The strong smell does not go away from the bathroom even after 10 days. The smell cause discomfort to enter the bathroom. The solutions actually damaged by wall tiles. I will never try to book cleaning service again.
1 ★Trying to book a slot for 10 days, every time they show no personal is available. I'm a plus member, but not able to book for the service. Even they don't notify when the slot is available. I have wasted my money on membership, because no use of membership when they don't provide a single service even after chasing for 10 days to their plus members. No benefits to take membership, total waste of money.
1 ★Tried booking for 1BHK house cleaning, the price for 2699 but it asked to add 300 more to place order. I tried again after sometime, the price was 3199 and asked for 300 more again. I really don't understand why there is a minimum price to checkout. And the worst part is you cannot delete from the cart. Uninstalling the app! No where user friendly.
1 ★Service has become worst these days. Everytime when we schedule a cleaning service, we give all the details like material needed to be brought by the cleaner, location pin etc. But still a day before we get msg on UC app from cleaners asking whether they should bring cleaning material, time and place confirmation with pin etc. if I don't respond back on the app, my schedule gets cancelled. Why don't UC convey my requirements and also do they expect I have to keep UC app open and keep checking?
1 ★Not at all user friendly. Moreover there is no way for you to connect with support directly or request a callback. When things work all is good but if their people can el or there are issues you just loose your money without even recieving your money back. Used to love this app, now I'm waiting for a competion to arrive with better support.
1 ★I was happy with UC service, thus I took membership.But after membership I think my expectations are going down. Recently booked a massage session and she said that she will not carry the bed with her, what's the point of taking the service if you are not getting it correctly. No point of contact to explain the situation and you have only UC wherein you can't express yourself in detail. Just have to click on the options they have kept. I really had a bad experience at that moment of time.
1 ★So far the app and the services offered were good. For the past few weeks the app takes a long time to open when the location is switched on through the UC application. Also without any prior info / intimation the salon prime has been removed. There is no customer support to talk to and explain. It's unreasonable and unfair as part of customer support, retention and satisfaction. Help center only goes to the chatbot and it doesn't help. Pl get this done ASAP.
1 ★Faulty App. Whenever I try to book services for home cleaning, it shows all professional for this location are busy. It's not giving any option to select the slot for future date. I mean how long your professionals are busy? Do you even have any professionals available with you? Cause without giving an option to select the slot how do you know for which date I need the service and for that day your professionals are available or not? And there is no option to reach out to support center also.
4 ★I believe that this app has some of the fastest problem-resolving services. Yes, if you are someone new to this platform, please feel confident that you (or your house) will be taken care of by expert professionals. Truly, it is one of the best service providers available in this domain. Just a tip - Please book your service at least before 2 days, to get your service right at the schedule. Otherwise, their pro-service (which includes earliest customer support by 60/90 minutes) may falter.
1 ★Poor customer service. There is no option to connect with anyone except for the AI chat. I have been an old customer of UC but I don't think it's useful now. Will never use UC from now onwards. Better options with better customer support is available in the market now. Also they now don't have proper professionals also.
1 ★Very poor experience, as the service provider told me half an hour before the appointment, that she can't provide the service as she has another appointment during my appointment slot (because of system error). There is no helpline number either, so that i can discuss this issue and get it sorted.Really disappointing...
