1 ★Don't go for rent my stay, once you pay the amount to them they will be dealing with you in very different manner. When it come to their service its zero star service (very pathetic). We are staying since last 6 month and facing bunch of issues but whenever we are trying to reach them they don't answer any calls. Don't ever go for this, stucked after booking for 1 year. Big mistake of my life
1 ★The worst service. even after cancelling my booking RentMyStay is not returning my amount back. they are showing some hidden terms and conditions and denying amount. this is very bad company and also there service is worst. i have to follow up 9 times to see the property after booking.

5 ★The flats are well maintained and hygienic too. In this tough situation its difficult to search for flats but rentmystay was easier to find out the flats. App was also user friendly.

1 ★The major selling point for this service is only the price. We rented a 1 bhk for 6 months. These are the issues: Rentmystay hasn't given us agreement yet. No security in the garage, someone deliberately likes scratching on the vehicles that are parked and rentmystay has nothing to do about it.Repaired fuse box 3 times as wiring in building is bad. Water shortage in morning, daily power cuts, mosquitoes, cockroaches. Staff tries to do their best but the administration sucks. Wouldn't recommend.

1 ★It was a very bad experience with rent my stay i stayed in one of the appt in Marathalli since 4 years and left the appt on due date as per the agreement but still they r deducting extra amt for notice prd wch is illogical and water charges is inclusive of rent still they have deducted extra 2400 for water charges from sec deposit giving some stupid reason. Never take appt in rentmystay they r cheaters running business just to exploit the tenants and loot there hard earned money. Disappointed ☹

1 ★1 BHK: 15-20,000/- Filter doesn't work, select 2bhk and it shows 1bhk. Good if you earn crores of rupees in a month. I uninstalled the app 5min after installation, thankfully didn't waste my time. If you are reading this review before installing, don't do that, you will waste your time.
1 ★Do not go through it because at the end of booking no one help you and their customer care number is not available and customer care emails will not respond you. You need to fight for your deposit. Best way you can go through nobroker or makaan etc.
