1 ★Decent app. Everything is organized & simplified so you can record payments, see who's behind in rent.. What I don't like? As an Android user who now gets over 70 robocalls a day, I have to ask myself why would the developer ask for your phone number of your device when it is not needed? Why would he give himself permission to turn on your mobile data and secretly upload & download data behind your back? Replaced with (Virtual Landlord). It doesn't require Internet!
1 ★This app does not work as it discribed in description. Automatic adding expenses doesn't work, I contacted the suport line they said " We know about this issue, you have to add expenses manually " I paid money for this app because I dont want to add it manually. Secondly, a rent week starts only on Manday. So, I have to let people live for free because my app cannot tecort that they moved in on Thursday. Rubish.
5 ★Good property management app. Lot of good functionalities like cloud support, weekly rental support, expense repeat functionality and easy way to delete those expenses. Report, alert and pin lock functionality makes it even better. Above all good developer support even though I noticed some users here accepted good developer support but ended up giving 3 stars not sure what their problem is. Anyways must own app for property management.
5 ★This is the best property management app, it is very simple to use and very useful and organized app to manage multiple properties. I strongly recommend the developer to make this app available on Windows PC and sync with the phone app, or partner with WIX website developer so that I can make alot of things synced and organized.
5 ★I have used the application to record expenses and income of my properties. It has been very easy to do it and I keep my reports up to date. Very good support system as there was an issue with expense repeat functionality which they fixed in latest version. Keep up the good work and excellent support.
4 ★Downloaded The app initial review so far ia good. when recording a payment it only shows payment period in month. would be good to have it in weeks / forthnight. would be good for it to be inbuilt for different countries. Does laid version have this feature? what are the extra features / add ons apart from advert free use between paid vs unpaid version of this app?
3 ★A very simple app with a simple UI. Though its not attractive, I liked it for the amount of option it gives.. I am not sure if we can send an email or SMS to the tenant using this app. If yes, Please do advice. One little thing that annoys are advertisements. Every single save or toggle lands you in an advertisement. Decent app to use.

5 ★Best app for managing my property mangement business. Forget about users complaining about ads, why can't they buy ad free version? Also forget about users giving bad ratings about some feature misunderstanding and whenn the developer responds with clarification they don't have courtesy to update the review. Anyways app works great for me.
1 ★Expense section duplicating previously entered expenses, cannot erase entries seems to make "more appear after each attempt", same expense type issue as another review here on 2/1/2020. After spending hours & hours entering all rent & expense data w/o major issues for 9 months app now virtually useless = Wasted multi hrs of time on entries. Doing PM for multiple properties including props I used to own and sold to investors I cannot supply them reports I stated I could & which they should have!
4 ★Great app with good reports. Pls advise on how to set up tenants whose monthly cycle does not start on 1st of each month. Reports all default to cover period 1st of one month to 1st of next month. I have tenants with rental cycles from 8th, as an example, so I need reports based on each tenants specific cycle.
5 ★Good property management app that I use for tracking rents. Lots of good functionalities like expense repeat, weekly rental, alerts, reports, cloud backup support and many more. Thinking of buying paid version to get rid of ads.
