1 ★Terrible app... Does not easily find what you're looking for... Criteria and word search flawed I put "pool" in the search and it come up with zero results... Really?ZERO homes for sale with pool in all of south Florida? The price spans are too large.. There is a big difference between 500k and 550k... Someone approved for say a Max 525k have to search 550k at the minimum... Poor app Zap
3 ★Doesn't sort as requested. Ie. Sort by Newest. Totally won't sort at all. Also will show zero results even when I type in a common key word like "fenced" or "fenced yard" or even "mature trees" I always get zero results no matter key word I enter. SUPER frustrating. It would be really convenient if it worked.
1 ★Warning: THIS APP IS A COMPLETE WASTE! It DOESN'T SYNC to user account(s) created on their website! Just signed up on my widescreen desktop then decided I needed on-the-go access to also view "My Saved Homes" on my phone [Galaxy S9]. So I entered my online username(email) + pword =THIS USELESS APP showing "login info is invalid" & I have to sign up for a new account to use the app [which I did using my online username(email + pword] only to click on SAVED HOMES & find ZILCH! NOTHING! NADA!
3 ★Can't get around in it won't let you search for single damil, multiple family
1 ★it keeps changing my realtor each time I search, it's crazy. The realtor I contacted who was wrong could care less that it kept sending automated emails to me. the app is the best one out there for filters and search so it should get 5 Stars, but the rest of it has too many flaws to be on the market. sincerely
2 ★Has limited faves. Refresh search is faulty. Street view always says "error". Max minimum lot size search option is 10 acres. Love the fact that the app does show you only what you choose as a preference. Example: Zillow, deselect property up for auction. The app will still show property up for auction on your search. This app will not.
1 ★I installed this app so that I could look at homes my husband wanted to show me, and also to do my own search. It works fine on my husband's phone, but will not allow me to search any properties on mine, despite being logged in, and having the same kind of phone as my husband.
5 ★first of all Megan is awesome! I enjoy being able to go online and look for myself without feeling pressured and take the ones I want to look at. the only thing I wish is that there were more houses to look at in pics some other Realtors to other than that perfect. thank you!
3 ★It's a nice all, but any time I found a house, my wife would pull it up on the full site to find out it's contingent or pending. That info needs to be on the app, otherwise searching is pretty much a waste of time.
2 ★Icons are so large they look like a blue blob. When you go to list the area changes. I loaded & unloaded the app 3 times. Not a good product. I used it for a year with no problem, then it went hay wire.
1 ★Not nearly as accurate as the desktop site. Experienced several discrepancies immediately. It occurs when results are filtered, when the website displays numerous results at the filtered option. The app displays none.
1 ★I have tried and tried to put in MLS numbers for properties listed in Albuquerque NM. So far it has directed to a place in San Augustine FL, a place in Arizona, and a list of homes in Albuquerque that I fitne ask for, starting with a mobile home in a town outside of albuquerque
