1 ★worst experience, worst app , no one will respond for any queries either the customer care or the agents worst experience , don't go through this app I have all payment proofs,, they mentioned 1 month rent as brokerage charges ,, but now they recive extra amount from us ,, they change's the Bill's , and change's the security deposits ,, all as per how they want

1 ★I moved out of my rental on 16 Feb 2025, completing the OTP verification. Without my consent, Nestaway rescheduled the move-out on 17 Feb and provided the OTP to the property manager, who completed the process. The manager later damaged the house, and Nestaway deducted ₹19,700 from my deposit. I received only ₹24,800 from ₹44,500. They also charged ₹10,000 for painting, though the house was given unpainted. Pre-damaged items left by the owner were never removed despite requests.
