1 ★The organisation has no established process. The support champions do not give a resolution. This organisation is made to loot tenants in every way possible. You raise a ticket it takes them months to resolve the issue. Ticket CC_0850940. I get a response saying we will get the ticket checked on 24 th still a week passed by no call from the escalation team. The organisation is hopeless and unethical right from the roots
1 ★I opted in for a Nestaway flat in nov mid but had to leave it in 4 months due to some reason. It’s been 3 weeks almost and I haven’t got my deposit back and moreover they are deducting my 80% of the deposit. I have been trying to reach your customer care and mailing you but no response. Now talking about your services: Before finalising the flat your area manager used to pick calls and reply whatsapp messages and post that he never replied to my message or calls.
1 ★Very pathetic experience, they will never return back the Deposit amount. They are playing the blame game between House Owner and them . Instead of building unnessesary option like chats etc better to concentrate on good customer support. worst customer care and service Its been more than a month and still things are not fixed. If i try to raise an issue it shows the service charge
1 ★Pathetic service. It has been 9 months since I vacated the flat. Have been trying to reach them since. No response to any of the mails and service requests. There is no other way to contact them. My security deposit is with them. They are asking for other wrongfully added charges. Completely frustrated

I got some issues with electricity in nestaway house (offcourse I was visiting after lockdown ) . Sameer not only helped me in Getting all the issues fixed but he also went one step ahead and personnelly dealt with electricity department I really appreciate him for his help that he came forward in the time of need . Thanks Sameer :)
1 ★Worst company... After moving out from nestaway. They didn't return the actual deposit amount. they have deducted maintenance and electricity charges that i have paid. I have raised ticket CC_08521292 on 23 May, still there no update on the ticket.
1 ★The service guys make you forcibly give 5 star rating and also they take a lot of time to give us back the security deposit, they took 3 months to return back my 30000 security deposit and that too after soo much of mails and complaints. They charge us high around 500 per day if we miss to pay rent, but they don't provide anything extra for their delay and also cut simply around 20% saying reasons like cleaning fridge, etc

If you really need money to feed your family then go and beg at the roadside. Atleast don't steal the hard-earned money. Hope this comment will be seen by this company. Here is my ticket number CC_08517231. Still your team is working on it? It's been 20days, I haven't heard back any update.
1 ★Worst app and worst company. If you don't want yourself to be mentally tortured then please stay away from NestAway. The security deposit that you give to them is never refunded. I have been following up for almost 6 months after my move out but to no avail. I have to raise tickets for getting my own money back. These guys will then do deductions without any reason or explanation. They don't respond on emails also. Pathetic experience. StayAway from NestAway
1 ★Don't ever prefer Nestaway . They welcome you very good . But while moving out they simply charge and will never return the advance . They will charge for each person moving out as repair charges and no repairs will be done in the house . Simply duplication . When we try to contact we cannkt reach out to them since move out request is raised . Simply waste don't waste money in Nestaway homes. Finay my advance is gone and now they are charging extra for moveout to be completed.

He had even made me pay the electricity bill for 2 flats when I stayed only in one flat. His logic was that the meters were shared. The bills were never divided and I had to pay the full amount.
