1 ★I deleted this app about 1year ago when I was having issues. i decided to install today, it's been a harrowing experience. It goes off and on, i sometimes don't hear what the receiver was saying and the receiver not hearing me. I top up £10 bundle and I am not enjoying it at all. I might delete it after the expiration of my bundle.
1 ★I used this up in Italy and it seemed to have been better. I am currently in the UK and when I tried to make a call, it is either the count down starts before the person start talk and sometimes the person never response and yet my credit is gone. Top it up and have not been able to make one successful call.
1 ★An absolute rip off calling to Russia. The app in fact charges more than the card for whatever reason: £9 bought me 45 mins, whilst £5 card would allow me to talk for 30 mins. Still, too expensive and sometimes, even when had over 2 quid credit left, a week later it would say I've got 65p or so left. So thanks but no thanks. Found a better app out there.
1 ★The worse calling app ever. Bought a 500 minutes bundle but couldn't use even 5 minutes cos of bad connection and rarely my calls get connected and when it does there is no sound. Changed handset just to make sure it wasn't phones fault. But still same result. Definitely not recommend it.
1 ★Most rubbish service ever. Ripping customer money. I got charged £5 for only 2 minutes call to Libya, while the charge rate according to them is 28p per minute. Although they confirmed the duration when I emailed they resfused either to refund or refilled my account the remaining credit . I had to uninstall the app for ever.
2 ★Used to be good and value for money despite using users data for connection. Other free apps does the same, connects with users data. They have lately been reaping me off. I load £20 for 400 minutes to be used within 30 days, only to find my credit finishes after two short calls. Ridiculous.
1 ★Really really bed service and it is not possible to connect with bluetooth during the call. signals are very very poor. call disconnected after each 15 minutes. too bad. i was using this app then i give up coz of poor quality calling again i start using but still very poor quality of call.
1 ★Please do not download, I was trying to top up £10 and there was a glitch on the system saying payment not made. I was charged £30 on top. Very disappointing would not recommend. Also it does not give you an option to see how much credit you have left.
5 ★Ditch Tesco International Calling and try this. I was having lot's of problems with the above. Started using Talk Home and find it cheaper, better call quality on WiFi or mobile data, in fact superior in every way in my experience. I'm calling the UK from Greece.
1 ★The current version is rubbish ,disaster and there customers services also worst. I have been using this app since 2019 ( version 4.1.7) and it has been running smoothly but when i upgrade it to 5.0.9 version it starts behaving peculiar.

I needed to buy card to make emergency call and downloaded this stupid app. And I keep paying for what I didn't receive. they stole my £30 without getting the card and each time I want to make call it will say you don't have enough credit. I have been calling their customers number and never get hold of them. this is so frustrating. I have called my bank to stop the payment. Please be careful of all this fake app
2 ★First time user. made calls 30s into the call the call goes silent also there no way off knowing how mins you have left. Used other apps that give less minutes but quality is very good
