The MyHyundai app makes getting information about your Hyundai vehicle easier than ever. The MyHyundai app allows you to access owner resources, schedule service or connect to your Bluelink enabled vehicle from your phone. Bluelink technology enables and empowers you while you are on the go, giving you access to your Bluelink features from your office, at home, or just about anywhere.Access the app with your MyHyundai.com ID, password and PIN to take advantage of Bluelink’s Remote features. Log in and send commands conveniently using biometric authentication (fingerprint or face recognition). An active Bluelink subscription is required to use Bluelink features in the app. To renew or upgrade to either Remote or Guidance, please visit MyHyundai.com.
An active Bluelink Remote Package (R) or Guidance Package (G) subscription is required to access select features. Feature support varies by vehicle model. Please visit HyundaiBluelink.com to check what Bluelink features your vehicle supports.

4 ★The app been good until about 2 weeks ago and it don't work. I've reached out and still no luck on the app working.
1 ★New update 2/21/25. The app doesn't work at all. I've uninstalled/reinstalled, checked for updates, rebooted my phone, & followed the Myhyundai instructions to reset in the car. Help! The app frequently says my doors are unlocked when they are not. I literally go and look at the car and it's locked. Does the same thing for windows open and doors open. You used to be able to pull the screen down and it would reset correctly, but that doesn't work with the new app version. Very unreliable app!
1 ★This mobile app has been down for three weeks now and all support is ignoring me. You have done everything to make sure my next car is NOT a Hyundai
1 ★Has been out for 11 days and Hyundai can't get bluelink to reconnect
2 ★Unreliable and full of bugs. For the money you pay for it, it works about half the time. I'm constantly getting error messages. The network is down. They're doing maintenance. My car needs to be reset. The car is 6 months old. I'll keep it from maybe one more month. If it stays the same it's gone.
2 ★Has not been working for about two weeks now. The Kia app too for awhile but kia is now working. But Hyundai still not working. Can't do anything remote.
1 ★if I could give a negative star I would. This has to be the worst app I have ever encountered. Hyundai has a lot of safety features but the fact that they can't get something so basic like remote start together just doesn't make sense. Hyundai is not a brand I would recommend. You pay $20 a month for bluelink for it only to work roughly half the time (I am being generous). the colder it is outside the more unreliable the service is.
2 ★I am experiencing difficulties with Bluelink's responsiveness; they appear unwilling to cooperate on my requests. Despite my emails, I have yet to receive a response.
